We're a family owned & operated company since we opened in 1993, but we're big enough to handle all of your pest control needs. We pride ourselves on the amazing customer service we provide our customers. Cockroaches, termites, ants, rodents - our trained technicians can deal with them all. We cover all of Broward and most of Palm Beach counties, so we're here for you when you need it most. Our treatments are low in toxicity and environmentally responsible. 90% of our treatment is on the outside of your home and inside, we only use boric based baits and powders on the inside your home tucked away from your children and pets. Description of Work: I bought the Angie's deal for $85. Regular price is $125. They did not push a contract like some do. Product is supposed to be organic so it's better for pets. Customer service was great. I was pleased with the work performed.

Again, I'm sorry for all the mix-up up with your Mom's appointment. I had confused her with another customer with a similar name so he did unfortunately go to the wrong house. After several phone calls by both your mother and the technician, we finally got him out to her and did a follow up treatment. We felt that since your mother was so unhappy with the mix-up that it was just best to refund your money as a gesture of good will. Thank you for still writing a favorable review. I don't see that we did a service and I'm sure that if we told you that you would be getting a refund you would, but I will get in touch with my Angie's List rep to find out for sure. I wish you had contacted me first instead of writing a poor review about us. We really work hard to keep our good reputation. We consider our company a very honorable company and we do not keep money that doesn't belong to us. I had a customer that we had to refund just this week because she was outside of our business area and I got notice today that the refund had been issued. Like I said, I'll contact my Angie's List rep to find out what's going on.

Description of Work: The call was made to take care of a cockroach problem at a rental unit. It was stated that you may see roaches for a week to two after service. The problem persisted after the two weeks and a second call to preform service. The staff was very pleasant and helpful no problems with the customer service. A third call was made and after the service, there was no resolution and the cockroaches remain an issue. I would call them again as there was a one month gaurrentee but they made 3 service calls and we still have the bugs. Thinking of giving some other company a go at it as I would feel bad calling them to come out for a forth time.

I am so sorry that we were not able to resolve your pest problem. It's very unusual that after even 2 treatments that there was not an improvement in the situation. I will tell my customers that if the problem didn't start overnight it's not going to go away overnight, but generally we can see a difference after a couple of visits. I'm not in the office today, so I don't have access to the service paperwork to see if Brenden made notes regarding treatments, tips, etc., so I'm limited in my knowledge regarding the property. With the baits and powders we use we find that we get really good results on eliminating cockroach harborages, so I don't know if there were moisture or sanitation issues. Sometimes something as simple a leak under the sink or behind the dishwasher. I'm sorry that we did not meet your expectations or our goals. I do hope that you will give us another chance.

Description of Work: After trying "home remedies" to rid the infestation of crazy ants that had invaded my kitchen and nothing worked, I took advantage of the special deal on Angies List and hired Enviro-Safe. The technician tracked down and treated the nest outside and in one day the problem was solved...

Perfecly fine.
Description of Work: I used them for spraying the outside of our new home before we moved in. I thought they were very professional and flexible with their appointments and overall service. We liked them enough to sign up for quarterly service. We called them in between services due to spotting of a few roaches and they came out and re-sprayed outside and set up some baits inside the house.

Description of Work: Maybe they are ok, I'm not really sure. I wouldn't have written a comment except every time I log into Angie's List a "request" for comment" for this particular vender pops into my face that I can't seem to make go away unless I write a review. So, am writing a review. I didn't have any problems with them as a company. Office was really good. Individual showed up at appointment time. HOWEVER, when I dealt with them simply because of ant problems it was also beginning of Rugose or spirling White Fly problems. They didn't see it. or at least didn't bring it up to me. Also, basically, what the guy was doing for ants inside my hose was putting out the product you can buy anywhere...and I was paying monthly for it. Maybe they help others. They didn't help me.

I am very sorry that we were not able to resolve your ant problem (member name removed). I looked up your account and saw that you have started our service in September of 2011. I noted 2 retreats after your initial service call followed by a lawn treatment in October. We then did your regular bi-monthly pest control treatment (every other month) in November of 2011 and January of 2012. The January service was your last service with our company. And I'm also sorry that you feel like you had to write a review. I have no control over that issue as that is straight from Angie's List, but still don't want to ever inconvenience our customers, past or present. I am always dismayed when we don't meet a customers expectations. We try to go above and beyond when treating a customers home. Our bi-monthly and quarterly services include a liquid treatment inside the garage as well as around the exterior of the home including around the doors and windows outside followed by a granular treatment. You're pretty close when you say that on the inside of the home we are doing some of what you could do yourself to control ants. Our stuff is a little stronger, but we use ant baits in the bathrooms and in the kitchen along with powders under the sinks in the kitchen, under the appliances and in the bathrooms to help control roaches and silver fish. Part of what generally makes our treatments successful is in how we apply our treatments and where. We also might suggest that a customer cut back trees or shrubbery that might be touching the house and/or caulking and sealing up the house. The way it's supposed to work is that any ants that did make their way in to your home would die after coming across our threshold. After an initial service it's not unusual to have us come back out for a follow up visit or two to get any problems under control. If we don't hear from you we don't know that there's still a problem. With it being over a year since we were last out to your home, I can't comment on the whitefly issue. All I can say is that I'm sorry we missed it. It could be that since the problem was just starting that it was to early to be able to notice there was a problem yet. We always try to be aware of the total property, not just the home itself for two reasons. Of course one would be to obtain additional revenue through additional business, but the other is to help alert the home owner of any issues that might be going on at the property, especially if we are dealing with a seasonal customer. Things like a broken window or a plumbing leak. Actually the 2nd reason is more important to us than the first. Again, I am sorry that we were not able to give you the kind of service that you expected. That is not how we run our business. Our goal is to satisfy EVERY customer we have. I feel like we haven't done our job right if our customer is not happy. Thank you for letting us know where we missed the mark. I appreciate your taking the time to write a review and I'm sorry for any inconvenience our company might have caused you.

Description of Work: Bought a "deal" on Angie's List. Everything about them was great EXCEPT, the pest control did not work. Within a month we had more ants then ever and the "bait" that they left in the form of viles of liquid were placed in locations where they could easily be knocked around by anyone cleaning. No hard feelings, the technician was prompt, informative, and polite. We have since gone back to our old service and are happy.

After about 2 weeks the tubes get a seal on the ends. They still draw out the ants but they are not able to get into them. I'm also sorry that we did not get the chance to resolve your problem. We would have been happy to come back out and retreat your problem at no additional charge. That's all part of our service. We really strive to meet and hopefully exceed our customers expectation.
