We're a family owned & operated company since we opened in 1993, but we're big enough to handle all of your pest control needs. We pride ourselves on the amazing customer service we provide our customers. Cockroaches, termites, ants, rodents - our trained technicians can deal with them all. We cover all of Broward and most of Palm Beach counties, so we're here for you when you need it most. Our treatments are low in toxicity and environmentally responsible. 90% of our treatment is on the outside of your home and inside, we only use boric based baits and powders on the inside your home tucked away from your children and pets. Description of Work: Dan came and went up into our attic because we have been hearing noises in the walls. He took pictures assured us that it did not appear to be an infestation but probably only one rodent. He then told us where he saw outside light and after also walking around outside found two other areas that were possible ingresses for them. He was courteous, prompt and extremely professional. We would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Although the tech was very nice, I basically paid $110.00 for him to spray around the outside of house and in some places inside. I thought he would inspect the property for any issues. He said he saw some ants outside and sprayed. He did not even treat much inside, wanted to put terro traps for ants, but I did not allow, I can buy this myself at any store. I was disappointed that I spent $110.00 for someone to just spray. Still seeing ants and ant piles outside and a few inside. Will look for a more reputable company to inspect, then treat as needed and have an ongoing plan like I used to have

I am so sorry that we did not meet your expectations during our visit to your home. If a customer is not satisfied with our service we have not done our job. It looks like we didn't explain our service very well when we scheduled your appointment. 90% of our service is done on the exterior of the home with just baits and powders on the inside. We use a liquid treatment inside the garage and around the exterior of the home as well as around the doors and windows around the outside of the home. Inside we treat in the kitchen and in the bathrooms with a boric based powder underneath the sinks where the pipes go through the walls and around the appliances. We also put out ant baits and roach baits where necessary, and yes we do use terro as our ant bait. Ours is a higher grade quality than you'd be able to buy at yourself. Our service is guaranteed for 60 days. I don't see that you called for any retreats during that time. It's not unusual for us to come back out a time or two after the initial service as any problems that you may be having did not start overnight, so it won't be going away overnight. From your comments in your review, it looks like you may have been looking for a lawn treatment as well. We price our services individually so that our customers don't have to pay for services that they don't need. The Angie's List deal that you purchased was for the home only. Again, I'm sorry for any misunderstandings there may have been regarding the type of service we were preforming for you. I do have to take exception with the fact that you would be looking for a more reputable company though. Our reputation is very important to us and customer service is not something that we take lightly. The 1st business day after your service we put thank you letter in the mail which included my personal cell phone number in it so that if you had any problems you could call me directly. Then 10 - 14 days after your initial service we followed up with a phone call to see if you were having any problems and needed to have us come back out for a follow up visit. I don't know many companies that extend themselves as much as we do. Again, I am sorry if your idea of what our service would be did not match up with the service that you got and I'm also sorry if we did not explain our services well to you. We never want our customers to feel like they were mislead or misunderstood.

I couldn't have said it better myself! Thank you sir for the glowing review. Some people don't know that we do fumigations along with the pest control services we offer. One of the things that is most important to us is customer service. We care for our customers homes as much as our own. It's important to have all the areas opened up, such as kitchen cabinets, drawers, etc., when a fumigation is done so that the gas gets into every area possible. We make sure to go back in to make sure that everything is back in place the way it was before the fumigation. We don't want you to think that someone ransacked the place when you get back home :o) We hope that you will remember us if you have any pest control needs in the future.

Description of Work: I called Env. about a coach roach and bug problem. The fumigator arrives lets call him BOB. He is friendly and punctual. He tells me that this is the worst he has ever seen and begins to spray the apartment which lasts 15min. I notice that a bug runs across a spot that he sprayed and it didn't phase it. BOB explains he will be dead in hours. He tells me to lock the place down and do not return for 2 days to give the chemical time to kill the vermin. After 2 days I return and see a few corpses but still many bugs. Well that was an epic failure and loss of money. BUT WAIT, this is the worst he has ever seen Hmmmm...I know fellow rehabbers that have resurrected disgusting bug infested properties and now have high end tenants living in them. So how bad can my little apartment really be.I decide to do it myself and go to the HOME DEPOT and purchase 4 cans of bombs by RAID. I set the bombs and come back the next day. WOW roach and bug corpses galore!. I do it again 4 RAID bombs and less corpses. One more time and no bodies BUG problem solved. Here are the numbers. 3 treatments 4 cans $21. Amazing I called Envir. and was hoping for the Calvary instead I got the water boys. Save your money and go it alone.

[member name removed]. I am so sorry that your experience was not what was promised. I guarantee you that this is not the way that we do our business. I looked up your account and I see in the technician's notes that this was quite a bad infestation, but I also know that we sent a follow up letter and gave a follow up phone call to let you know that if you have any problems after your initial service to please call us and we will come back out to retreat the problem at no additional charge. I don't see in your account records that you had us do that. If we don't hear from you we think that everything is ok. I have to think that the problem didn't start over night, so realistically you have to expect that it isn't going to go away over night. I really don't feel that you really gave us a fair chance to resolve your problem. Our treatments don't make the bugs magically disappear. Our products are designed to have the roaches come across our products and take them back to there nest so that they can share it with their little buddies and die. Our technician did more than just spray around for 15 minutes. Part of our service is to also put boric based powders under the sinks where the pipes go through the wall and roach baits where they are necessary. It's not instant and you might never see a lot of bodies if they are dying in the walls. With you living in an apartment you are open to other peoples problems as well. If you have a neighbor that is having pest problem, that could become your problem as well. By your own admission this were was a bad infestation. It took you more than several times to get to the point where you felt that things were under control. Why would you think that it wouldn't take us more than one visit to resolve your problem. I also don't think that it's fair to give us the ratings that you did. You said in your review that the technician was on time, but for punctual you gave him a C. And you rated us a D for responsiveness. You called us and we scheduled your appointment and then we came out when we said we would. In my book that's an A. We made 2 forms of contact after the appointment to see how things were going. We sent out a letter and we made a phone call. To me that's also an A. If you decided to not call us back, then go to Home Depot and do the service yourself, that's on you, not our technician or our office. For this I think that you need to take some of the responsibility the treatment not being a success as well. The technician that you are chastising has been with our for almost 2 years and is far from being a "water boy". If you read some of the other reviews that we have, you will see that he has gotten very high marks and several satisfied customers. There's actually one right under yours. And BOB's real name is Jason. No need to disguise it. Jason has done a wonderful job for the many customers that he has and they think very highly of him as do we. I think that your review was very mean spirited. You don't realize how a review like this can either make or break a small company like ours. If you have a problem with our company or the service, call me, just like the letter we sent out said to. It even had my cell phone number in it. You could have called me directly. When we called about 2 weeks after your original service to see how things were going and you didn't call us back... I don't see how we can help someone if we don't know that there is still a problem. The customer agreement that you signed and received a copy of also says right on it that you service is guaranteed. I'm sure that Jason told you that if you're still having a problem after about a week to call us and we come back out at no additional charge. The letter and phone call both state that if you're still having a problem, please call us and we'll be happy to come back out. I don't think we could have made it any clearer. If you had called back to have us come back out and we blew you off - then you have a right to give us a bad review. If Jason was late or rude - then you have a right to give us a bad review. I can promise you that there are a lot of companies out there that don't even come close to giving the kind of customer service that we do. When you call our office you usually get a live voice because we usually have 2 people in the office to cover the phones. If you don't get a live voice and your call goes to voice mail, it's only because we're on the phone with another customer. If you happen to leave a voice mail, we call you right back and we NEVER shirk our responsibility to our customers. Giving our customers good customer service is what our business is based on. If we don't give our customers the best customer service possible, we wouldn't stay in business. We've been here for over 21 years. To me that says a lot. All the good review we get says a lot about our company. All the good review that Jason gets says a lot about him and how customers are happy with the service that he gave him. Are we going to please everyone. Unfortunately not. I am sorry that we didn't hit a run with you and that you didn't feel that we did a good job for you, but I feel that you left us at a disadvantage and really slammed us with out giving us a fair shake. I don't know what else to say other than I'm sorry that your experience was not a good one. Again, I can assure you that this is not the norm when dealing with our company.

We always try to get back to people as soon as we can if they leave a message. There are generally 2 people here in the office and there are times, if we are both on the phone at the same time, that a message is left on our voice mail. We check right away to make sure so that we can get right back to someone who has called. One of the very 1st things we do in the morning is to check for messages that were left the night before. I've checked through the Angie's List messages that we get and on our message pad through the weekend and I don't see a message from you, but if by chance it was over looked, I am so sorry and deeply apologize.
