A Super Service Award winner since we started with Angie's List in 2009! We're a family owned & operated company since we opened in 1993, but we're big enough to handle all of your pest control needs. We pride ourselves on the amazing customer service we provide our customers. Cockroaches, termites, ants, rodents - our trained technicians can deal with them all. We cover all of Broward and most of Palm Beach counties, so we're here for you when you need it most. Our treatments are low in toxicity and environmentally responsible. 90% of our treatment is on the outside of your home and inside, we only use boric based baits and powders on the inside your home tucked away from your children and pets. We were having terrible phone issues with Comcast yesterday and in the course of getting that issue resolved, I got behind on answering my emails. I did reply though by message and by phone though. If we had done a service for you and you didn't like the results, then an "F" rating might be appropriate, but we didn't do a service for you... Description of Work: Pest control. Sprayed my entire yard, then treated ficus hedges and gumbo limbo trees for whitefly. I purchased Angie's List deal covering first yard treatment. Whitefly treatment cost extra. | |Had been using a different pest control company for several years, but their service deteriorated significantly in recent months, resulting in my yard being overrun with insects. | |First contact with Enviro-Safe, via phone, was positive experience. Nina was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Set up appointment to have Syd come by to give me cost estimate. He showed up on time, walked around with me and made recommendations about pest control and fertilization. Made appointment to have him come back to perform service. Again, he showed up on time, then got right to work. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his willingness to explain what he was doing and why. | |Altogether positive experience. | |
