A Super Service Award winner since we started with Angie's List in 2009! We're a family owned & operated company since we opened in 1993, but we're big enough to handle all of your pest control needs. We pride ourselves on the amazing customer service we provide our customers. Cockroaches, termites, ants, rodents - our trained technicians can deal with them all. We cover all of Broward and most of Palm Beach counties, so we're here for you when you need it most. Our treatments are low in toxicity and environmentally responsible. 90% of our treatment is on the outside of your home and inside, we only use boric based baits and powders on the inside your home tucked away from your children and pets. While I'm glad that we got an "A" over all, I'm sorry to see that we got an "F" on quality. I'm hoping that it's because it took a couple of times coming out to get things under control for you more than the quality of our service or the products we use. In some cases, it does take a few times to get a problem under control. The problem didn't start over night, and unfortunately they usually don't go away over night. That's why we always guarantee our treatments and include any retreats at no additional charge. I hope that Jason's last visit got everything resolved for you, but if not, please don't hesitate to give us a call. We'll send him out as many times as necessary.

I am so sorry that we did not meet your expectations. I wish that you had commented, so that I knew what we did wrong. I'm really surprised that you did not like Jason. He's one of our best and most complemented technicians/ I'm sure that if there was a problem we could have resolved it. I don't like that someone walked away with a bad impression of us. We work really hard to make sure that we give our customers the best service possible. And while I know that we can't please everyone, we are going to give it our best shot. I see that we did your 1st service in November and then a follow up in December, but when it was time for your January service, you did not return Jason's call to schedule.
