Great, the service was punctual and effective. I had 2 different types of ant infestation and one visit did the trick. I now have them coming back on a schedule to prevent the same thing from happening again

The monthly service is $138. It’s not really their fault. They don’t do weed control and this fertilizing twice a year doesn’t really do it. They don’t advertise that they do weed control. We would just like to have them kill more weeds.

We were advised by termite inspector that there was a large ant colony in hard to get to place in attic that needed treatment and he offered to do treatment at seemingly high price. We called Enviro-Safe to verify and treat. Easy appointment and timely arrival. Tech (Jordan) found no ant colony. We asked about and bought general pest control treatments.

Whole experience was wonderful from phone call to treatment. The technician was very informative and was able to answer the many questions I had. Whole process was quick.

Everything went very well. I really liked the service because they called me before getting to my place, the technician was very easy going and I saw the results. Then, a few days later, I also received a thank you note, which I thought was a very nice gesture. Overall, very satisfied with the service.

After discovering what could be a termite problem in my home, I called several service providers from Angie's List to find out about termite extermination services. ALL service providers, except for this one, promptly scheduled appointments for inspection and estimation of work to be completed. When I put in a call to this exterminator, I got some feedback on my situation from the person I spoke to, and then he had a person named Dan call me back. Dan told me I had two choices: pay $125 for an inspection or he could generate an estimate for tenting by phone and email it to me, without inspecting my property. He also told me that the payment could be applied to tenting services if I decided to go with them. I took the time to point out that I had already booked other appointments and I still offered Dan the chance to change his stance and come give me an estimate. He insisted on reminding me of the many ways this could turn out to be a waste of his company's time if they weren't awarded the work and that is why they charge the fee. Rather than get into a long-winded debate about it with him, informed him that we were not on the same page and we politely ended the conversation. Here's why this organization gets my grade of "F": If he didn't perform the inspection, how would he know if tenting was necessary, or if a spot treatment would do? I could potentially be overspending by a thousand bucks or more for unnecessary services here. Minus 1 letter grade to a 'B' for creating a situation where a customer could potentially spend a large amount of money unnecessarily. How does he know what type of termite I have if he doesn't inspect? If I had subterranean termites, the tent is a waste of time and money, since a trenching treatment around my home would be necessary to fix that type of infestation. Minus 1 letter grade to a 'C' for potentially recommending the wrong type of treatment. How does he know if I don't have BOTH types, and that I would need both services, performed in order to be most effective? Minus 1 letter grade to a 'D' for not recommending the services specific to, and as appropriate as possible, to my situation. How does he know that there isn't something else on my property that could be contributing to the problem...say, a trio of trees on one side of my house that are also infested with termites and that need to be cut down to ensure that an immediate re-infestation does not occur? For this, and other conditions pointed out by other service providers upon inspection, minus 1 letter grade to an 'F'. The reasons for this review are two-fold: To inform this provider that they lost at least one contract (and potentially others, who knows?) because they want to charge a fee to come out and give me an estimate. To inform everyone else that is considering hiring this provider that there are several other providers tripping over themselves for an opportunity for your business-- that won't charge you to come out and give you an estimate. I found and scheduled 5 from Angie's List. It is this service provider's right to require a fee for an inspection-- just like it is my right to call around, get competing quotes and give the $4000 for this work to one of their competitors. I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for one-time pest control several months ago. I had small, baby roaches in various spots in my house. Envrio Safe did a great job working to solve the problem. Their tech, Jimmy, came out time after time to retreat until the problem was solved. It took a couple of months to eradicate the baby roaches, but Jimmy finally got them. I've been using their bi-monthly service ever since and have had no new infestations. The best part is there is no contract! They explained they want their service to speak for itself and not have to lock customers into contracts. Well it worked. Great service and professionalism at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Enviro Safe.

It went great! Our technicians (Ryan and Taylor) were prompt, friendly and courteous. Ryan provided a thorough overview of the work to be performed and they got to work. Very pleased with the service and have already recommended them to a co-worker who has already booked an appointment. These guys were very professional and competent - a rarity in South Florida.

I had a recurring ant problem in my kitchen. Jason came out exactly on time and was very friendly and helpful but professional. He sprayed under and behind the cabinets and appliances, as well as inside a crack in the baseboard. He even applied caulk for me to close the hole. He made a thorough circuit through my small condo, spraying around each room, and left some ant baits that my cat would not be able to get into. I also asked him to diagnose what I suspected was termite damage on my balcony. He confirmed that and even applied a treatment out there to try to slow down the rate of damage for a while. I'm a renter, so eradicating those pests isn't as big a priority to me, but I was grateful for his knowledge and help. I have not seen a single ant since my service, and I am very happy with Enviro-Safe!

My experience was okay. The service was good, but the treatments did not work. They were really nice and the price was reasonable. I would not use them again and part of it was that they used these little tubes. We have small children and they are choking hazards.

Our experience has been very positive. The office staff (Nina) and the man (Jason) who comes out to spray our house are both very pleasant, responsive and professional. The product they usually use does not have a bad smell.

Number of ants were greatly reduced. Had the provider come back for a follow-up treatment and that appears to have resolved the issue.

Representative was punctual, polite, helpful. We had no problems with pests, just wanted to lay down an organic preventive type of deterrent. Turns out we did have an anthill outside the garage he destroyed, with a few ants in the garage. And, he put stuff down inthe indoor screen porch garden area, where we had a bunch of spiders near the top who had taken up residence.

I will continue to use them.

All was fine for approx 1 month and then the ants were back - I suppose one should schedule a regular service when using non-toxic materials.
