We've been very happy with them. After the first service all they've had to do was the outside, they haven't had to do anything else inside. We pay every quarter and we can choose to skip a quarter and go yearly. It's a quarter to quarter contract, you're not locked in. They don't use chemical spray in the house or anywhere, I like that. We did a bunch of reconstruction so that's why we had the bugs, they treated outside the first time and did some things inside because we had a problem. They called us in 2 weeks and we were still having some issues, but not as much so they came out and treated again. I like the more natural product, it never smells, we have dogs and young kids in the house and there's never a problem. Because it's just quarter to quarter and he calls up to see if I need him to come out again. They've been out 3 quarters, so not even a year yet.

I did not have any service performed, but... I called to get an estimate on pest control service for my home. She (sorry, I can't remeber her name) told me that the kind of bugs I had were hard to treat with sprays, etc. and suggested I should first take a couple of actions around the house to see if I could get rid of them on my own. She had no problem spending a solid 5 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions even though she wasn't trying to sell me any services. THANK YOU! I will definitely use them in the future if I need to. ...I had a good initial impression.

They were great. We were very happy with them. They had a coupon from Angie's List for the first visit. We wanted something safe because we had grand children and pets. We liked on what they had to say when we talked to them. We also liked them because they were from Michigan and that was where we were from. Everything that they had to say was good. They were very neat and clean. They came out when they said that they would. They did a very good job and we have not seen anything since they were here. They would be our regular service provider for pest control and hence, they would be charging us lesser going forward.

They were amazing. Gave me an Angie's list discount, takled to me for hours about the right way of going about pest control (I have an aleergic child and was worried about the use of pesticides). THey came in one day, gave me the estimate and then came back to do the work. 2 days later when I was doing work outside the house I was told I had termites. I called them totally desperate and they came over in less then half hour and checked and were able to confirm no termites - they did not charge me a dime. They were very professional and I look forward to continue working with them.

The employees were all very friendly. I booked the appt with one of the owners, Cindi. She arranged for the tech to come before I went to work. The appt was for 8am on Friday and the tech showed up about 7:50. He came in, put some baits out, and sprayed in the house. Then we took care of the paperwork so I could go to work, and he stayed to finish the outside of the house. For a day or two after he left, the ghost ants were swarming around the bait like crazy, but then all of a sudden they just disappeared. And, knock wood, I haven't had any further issues. I received a follow-up call just today (8/25) from Nancy, checking to make sure everything was okay and that I didn't have any problems. Overall a very good experience.

In a case such as mine, when I was upset about the problem, it is reassuring to know that the company made sure someone came to the house right away and helped me get the remedy in motion. I was so impressed with everyone. I was looking for a pest control company and now I have found the right one to perform the services at my home. Thank you angieslist and Enviro-safe.

They were great. The person they sent was very friendly and knowledgeable. He set the traps and sprayed where he felt was necessary. They do no spray inside the house as it may affect the pets. I have a contract with them.

I feel they were untruthful when I called for information, and then told a different story when they showed up. I did not allow them to perform the service because of that.

Horrible! It took over 3 months to get the pests outside to leave. However the staff is always friendly and professional. I currently have monthly service (since July) but am unsure if I will keep them.

I've been using this company for years. They take a more safe approach as far as all the things they do. Everyone has always been very nice and pleasant to work with. They're an easy company to communicate with and deal with. Every one of the workers who has come to my house had been very knowledgeable.
