I purchased a bimonthly extermination service and a termite inspection. I've never used a pest service before...just generally don't buy into the "spreading poison randomly" school of thought...but the ants were becoming a giant nuisance for us and our cats, and I really don't want termites eating my house. Coleman called in advance to let me know he was running a bit behind, which I appreciated. While here, he was courteous and professional. Some people might like to know that he wanted to put on little paper booties before coming in the house...my house is not nearly that pretentious, but it was a nice gesture for sure. We noticed a difference right away, and when we called for a new area that I had not mentioned, Coleman was back within a day. He did find termite damage that was originally thought to be from subterranean termites, but upon reflection after he left, Coleman asked another inspector to come out for a second opinion. We actually have drywood termites, which require a different type of treatment. I appreciated getting the second opinion BEFORE we spent money to treat for the former. We have scheduled our tenting, and I anticipate all will go well. My concern for the South Florida Ecosystem, and the health of my family and pets made choosing Envirosafe a no-brainer.

We had an ant treatment and a termite inspection. Both were thorough. He told us where the ant problem was, and if the ants return, we may need a shrub treatment in the future. He told us where some wood had rotted, but termites did not cause the rot. He emailed the termite inspection report. There was no high pressure sales pitch to sign up for periodic treatments. We?ll use this company again.

The guy who comes to treat our home is always on time and is very thorough. He gives me tips on environmentally (ie kid and dog friendly) options for treating pests. If I find an increase in bugs between visits, he comes back and re-treats or changes the treatments as needed, and if it's within 30 days of the last paid visit, it's free. I'm very happy with the service

They used environmental safe products because we have a dog. They also put some chemicals outside of the home. They only did the rooms that we were concerned with. So far everything seems great and they said they would come back if we needed them to. They were very nice and I would definitely use them again.

They are truly a remarkable company. They treated the house once and two weeks into the treatment we noticed more ants. I contacted them and they scheduled a time to come back out and spray the house again. Since the second treatment we haven't seen anymore ants. I was very pleased with the service. They were a pleasure to work with as they were courteous and professional.

Service has no guarantees or warranty the day after they leave, so it is essentially useless. In my case, I paid $250 to have rats removed. A gentleman came twice a week for a month, At which time they were setting and catching rats. The morning after they left I could still hear the rats. When I contacted the company, they said that It would be an additional $150.00 for 2 more weeks or $275.00 for the month to continue, again, with NO guarantee or warranty, so this could go on indefinately and could become extremely costly if you have to pay $275 on a monthly basis. In addition to this, I have had, at great expense the entire roof sealed so that nothing can get in or out. Bottom line, only use a company that guarantees/Warrantees in writing to remove all the rats/pests for a certain time period AFTER the pest control folks have left your home, that way you can be assured that you are getting your pest problem solved for a certain period of time. As it stands, I was just paying for a month of population control. There were rats the day we started the service and every day up until and beyond the day they left, although there are probably fewer now, they are still present.

I'd had a big problem with ants. They came the same day I called them, and did follow up treatments until the problem was solved. They are clean and wear shoe-covers inside the home. They are very polite and thorough. They are on time, to the minute. I'm very pleased.

They're always clean and they show ID before they come in. They call ahead of time before coming over. They're outstanding and not intimidating and very good.

They are really wonderful. They are family friends and they have been providing pest control for my family for years. I've known them for over 20 years and I would highly recommend them. It is a really small company. It is a father and son company. They are friendly and personal with their services. They use a lot of natural chemicals. They use more environmentally based chemicals on ways to get rid of pests. Their prices are basically the same as any other company.

They didn’t charge anything for their service. The person that came out was very nice. The price was excellent because it cannot get much better than it being free. They were very professional and kind. So the quality was fine too. Their responsiveness and punctuality were fine too. I will use them again in the future if I ever get into the termite.

Kurt was super -- very professional, polite and punctual. Unfortunately I didn't understand that the service was trapping and removal only, not "rat-proofing." I have since had to hire another company to trap and rat-proof.

Excellent Company! The kind of customer service you rarely encounter these days. On my initial call, I immediately spoke with a real person, and very pleasant! They set up a timely appointment. The technician was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and a very nice man. Following the initial treatment, I received a follow-up call AND a letter. I called and said that although better, (actually way better-we had a really bad infestation), there were still whiteflies in the hedges. The technician came back the next day and re-sprayed the hedges. Highly Recommended!

Their price is very good. They have a great customer service. They are very inexpensive. I signed up to have them come out on a quarterly basis because I’m with their service. I would tell people that Enviro-Safe Protection would be a great choice.

I spoke with Cindy in the office, She was so nice, helpful, professional. Recognized the urgency and was very helpful costwise with my circumstances. Gave me allot of helpful information. Coleman was very professional, patient while I did my last minute preparation he was a good representative of the company.Spoke to Nancy in the office a few days later, regarding a perpetuating problem and she informed me it sometimes takes 7-10 days for the poison to sink in & if by the 7th day I was still having a problem with it to call back & Coleman would come back. He did come back at no extra charge and they were wonderful.

As perfect as it could be for rodent removal. From the first phone call to the office everything was handled perfectly and professionally. Brad was on time each time he had to come. We also got a $20 off coupon because of Angie's List. On the four occasions I needed to call the office to make additional appointments, the person I spoke to was helpful and cordial. We would highly recommend this company and Brad to anyone unlucky enough to need their services.
