Went great, the gentleman who came was very professional.

I appreciated his candor on how to solve the problem on my own and would call for his services again for other pest control needs. We didn't discuss price but instead I felt he generated an aura of trust and competence.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and was very patient while I moved items so he could get to the areas to treat. He found the locations the ants were entering the house and treated all areas as well as sprayed outside of the home. He was very kind to me as well as my elderly mother. The company followed up with a letter as well as a phone call to make sure the ant problem was taken care of. It's rare to find a company with this level of customer service. I will use this company for any future issues I have and would recommend them to all. A+ service. Thank you!

Service was great - we continue to get some ants so they've come retreat for free a couple times. The problem is definitely better just a few stragglers.

I contacted Enviro-safe after looking on Angies list. I took a Deal, $73 for a termite inspection and it came with $200 to be used towards treatment if needed. I knew there was a termite problem but wanted to confirm it. I called Enviro-safe and was able to make an appointment within that same week. I met with one of their tecks ,Coleman. He was very professional. He quickly found out where the problem was located. He further inspected the entire house including the attic. He advised me that tenting would be my best option.When he gave me the quote and after taking off the voucher from Angies list deal...I was happy with the price!Enviro_safe furnished me with a detailed list of what I needed to do to get ready for the tenting. Day of tenting....they came, they secured the tent completly around the house. Coleman was there to make sure it was done correctly. He even moved mulch away from the house. Opened windows and put safty locks on the open windows. The tent was left on for about 24 hours. After that they came, removed the tent, closed all the windows and secured the house. Colman called me on thet third day to inform me that the home was done and cleared to occupy again...he actually waited there until I arrived to give me the keys to the home. Very happy and pleased with their service.

Enviro-safe was recommended to me by a friend. When i called to schedule service, I spoke to the owner on the phone, and she suggested that i use the coupon from Angie's list for the initial service. I was very pleased. It saved me quite a bit of money. My technician is Jason. He is friendly and professional. I arrange for treatments through him. I am very satisfied.

It went well. The guy was pleasant and patient. The guy had a little knowledge. I had some questions and he wasn’t really that knowledgeable about the products that he was using.

The inspector was thorough and did not try to tell me that there was an existing problem but he did try to get me to purchase additional services. I did not

Brad came out to inspect within a couple days of my buying the $73 inspection deal off Angie's List. He was professional and thorough. I agreed to his proposal of tenting the house for termites-with the $200 off coupon it came to a little less than $900. That was on Thursday 9/5/13. The tent went up the following Monday the 9th and came down Wednesday the 11th, so the entire process from initial appointment to treated house was less than a week and a great price also. Outstanding!

Observed small "debris" piles that looked like coffee grinds around our front door whenever it was opened and closed. Advised that this description sounded like termite frass (poop) that could be from active or previous termite presence. After more discussions,concluded that this material is likely from past termite damage. Recommended to monitor the situation to see if the problem cleared up. If not, the company would gladly come out to evaluate the situation. We are very thankful for the calm words of wisdom from Enviro-Safe Protection Pest Control Services. It's nice to know there are still honest businesses operating with integrity and high ethical standards.

Coleman did a great job and was pleasant and professional. Did not spray anything in kitchen, but still got rid of roaches and ants. He did both pest control as well as termite inspection. All the termite programs seem to be insurance not really prevention, and Envor-safe follows that model. I'd much prefer a prevention program.

Initially refused by provider as my primary residence ( Jupiter , FL) was outside their service area, although specific service area was not disclosed in the "West Palm Beach Deal" advertised. I contacted Enviro-Safe and explained the "Deal" purchased was for a single family home I own in West Palm Beach, FL. The company re-considered as the inspection would be "at the most Northern limit" of travel from their Boca Raton, FL business. The inspection took approximately 45 minutes. I was given a completed, signed "Wood-destroying organism inspection report" that identified external fascia board wood rot (my reason for the service), but the inspector checked off all other areas on the report (Section 3 Obstructions and Inaccessible areas) as not inspected. Huh???. I asked if their company offered treatment programs on an ongoing basis, but I was told that my house was just to far from their usual service area.

Came on time for appointment the day after the call and was very helpful in addressing the problem. Advised how to improve the likelihood of success in keeping ants under control.

The tech arrived precisely on time and did his work in a professional manner. The next week I received a thank you note, with a number to call if a problem arose. After about 10 days there were still some ants running about so I called the company. They came out again without complaint, and the problem was solved. Good company!

The technician did a complete inside and outside review of the house to look for termite related damage. They verified all the roof, and inside walls and exterior and provided a final inspection report. They recommended a underground termite prevention process which we will go with as a precaution as they found one location where the wood showed some possible damage. The tech was very professional, wore blue shoe covers and very personable. Highly recommended.

They come once a month they are very reliable and we never have bugs in our house.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. This was my first time using them. They came out a week after I purchased the deal.

Sent "hit man" to get rid of the ants. All around good experience. Excellent service, and ants are no longer a problem. Did a great job.

The first time i called I spoke with Nancy. She was extremely informative and friendly. She explained the services they offered and all costs. I was happy that they were so eager to offer their service yet there was absolutely no pressure to sign a contract or commit to anything more than what I was inquiring about. I know now that it was because they are probably confident that their quality and professionalism would sell itself. The tec who came out was also very informative, friendly and professional. I did have to call for a second visit, which I fully expected. The second time I called I spoke with a different person and received the same very friendly and efficient service.The same tec who was familiar with the situation came out very quickly and the problem is completely resolved. I have decided to use Envior-Safe on a regular basis and have recommended them to my family and friends.

It went extremely well. The termite inspection was thoroughly performed in every area of the house, and we got a detailed report at the end. The value of the service provided for the price charged is phenomenal. Every employee with the company is very well trained, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, etc., which is why I requested them to perform ongoing pest control service. I am glad they are servicing this area now, with the high quality of service they provide I'm sure they will continue to grow. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality, very affordable pest control service.

They been doing my spraying for a year. In the beginning I had a tough time getting them to come in every month. I just kept on following up their schedule but they do a good job. For rescheduling, it took a while to get them. The price was high but it's good, it's worth it.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They people are really nice, but I don't feel the product is of the quality that I need for my yard. They were lovely and on time, but the product is not doing what it is supposed to do. I had some extra services done but they still owe me the $65 price of the Big Deal for the inside of my house. They were nice on the phone and started work immediately upon arriving, but the product is not working to solve the problem I am having in my yard.
