We're a family owned & operated company since we opened in 1993, but we're big enough to handle all of your pest control needs. We pride ourselves on the amazing customer service we provide our customers. Cockroaches, termites, ants, rodents - our trained technicians can deal with them all. We cover all of Broward and most of Palm Beach counties, so we're here for you when you need it most. Our treatments are low in toxicity and environmentally responsible. 90% of our treatment is on the outside of your home and inside, we only use boric based baits and powders on the inside your home tucked away from your children and pets. The gentleman was very nice. We decided that we would only do around the perimeter of the home and he was happy to accommodate that request. they are interested in starting a monthly or quarterly service for you so be advised that they will place you on a contact schedule with no obligation on your part to continue. I would use them again.

Thank you for writing a review for our company [member name removed]. I'm sorry that you feel we were unable to resolve your rodent problem for you. My records show that we 1st came out on December 18th and we followed up on your service an additional 11 times between then January 17th. I show that we caught at least 3 rodents and we even went above and beyond what our service offers, by spraying spray foam in the valley area in your attic. I'm not sure what else we could have done for you other than to make the repairs that were necessary to keep the rats from getting in. I promise you, you would not one of our guys to do repairs for you. Our rodent service is for setting and baiting traps and glue boards only. We do not do any type of exclusion, which is possibly the type of service you were looking for. Our service, which is stated in our Angie's List Offer says that our technician will set rodent traps and glue boards which he did. It says that he will come back out to check the traps at least twice a week to see if something was caught or traps need to be reset, which he did. It states that he will come back between visits if our customer thinks that something was caught in between visits, which he did. It looks like we did every thing that we said that we would do, but what it comes down to is that you were not satisfied. If we did not explain the service properly, I apologize for that as well. I wish that there was something we could do to earn a better grade from you, but we will except this and learn from our experience so that we can do better for our next customer.

I thought it would be for the whole house but they just spot treated certain areas. I don't know if I'd use them again. They didn't do as thorough a job as I'd like.

I am so sorry that we did not live up to your expectations [member name removed]. We always try to inform or educate the customer before we come out to do our treatments as they are not always what the customer may expect or may be used to. In the past the normal way to treat a home for pest control would be to come into the house and use a liquid treatment around the baseboards around the entire home. Gradually over time pest control techniques have changed. More and more companies are using what is called Integrated Pest Management (IMP). We are one of those companies. With IMP the pest control companies try to work with the home owner to obtain optimum results. And while you think that we only treated a few areas, we actually covered more than you are probably aware of. When we are out to a customers home we are inspecting as well as treating the home. We are looking to see if there are trees or shrubbery that need to be cut back away from the home and if it appears that doors and/or windows need to be caulked or sealed. And instead of spraying products all over the inside of the home we are placing 90% of our treatments around the outside of the home to help set a threshold around the perimeter of the home. We use a liquid treatment around the interior of the garage, around the exterior base of the home and around the doors and windows as well as following it up with a fine granular treatment around the exterior of the home. On the inside, and this may be where you felt that we only treated a few areas, we generally just use baits and powders in the cracks and crevices of the kitchen and in the bathrooms for ants and roaches as well as other pest unless, of course you are having a problem in other areas. Our service is also covered by a guarantee. If you have problems in between services, you call us and we come back out and retreat the problem areas at no additional charge. I see that we did your service in November and came back out in December as a follow up. I know that not everyone is used to this type of service and I apologize if this was not explained to you better or prior to us coming out to you. That falls on the office, I'm sorry to say. I do hope that you change your mind about us after hearing more about what our service actually is. I'm sorry that we were only able to garner "C's" across the board. Our goal is always to give the best service possible to all our customers, from the time the first call is made, until your problem is resolved and even after. We've been here for more than 20 years and my husband has been in this business for over 27. I can assure you that this type of service really does work. But under what ever circumstances, we did not satisfy you, our customer and we are only as good as our customers perceive our service. For all of this I am truly sorry. If there is anyway to change your mind, I'l love to talk to you :o)

This pest control company is very nice. I took the special they offered for service at my mom's house. They are very professional on the phone and asked what was needed. They showed up on time and were respectful and professional with my 81-year old mom. However, I had to call them back because the insects (ant, small bugs) were still coming in, so they came back. When I called for them to return, they were still very kind and professional, and apologetic. It's been a week since their return trip and the results are better. They did a thorough respraying the second time (as they had done the first). Perhaps the bugs are a bit resilient at my mom's house. We will see. Right now, we are very happy with them.

They were okay. The treatment did work but I felt it was a little bit expensive to continue service with them. The technician that came out was on time and was very good at his job and took care of the problem. They were able to out to my home quickly after I had called to schedule the appointment.

I'm sorry [member name removed] that we were unable to perform your service yesterday, and for not handling your call myself. I was out of the office and I asked Dan to follow up for me. We had an appointment with you for 3:00pm and it was almost 4 when you called. Our technicians are usually on time unless they get hung up in traffic. Our rule is that if the technician is going to be 15 or more minutes late, to call the customer to let them know what the delay is. In this case, Brenden, your technician, was actually a minute or two early. When he arrived at your home and found a locked gate at the entrance to your property. He tried to call you on the number you gave us and he rang the buzzer at the gate, but no one answered. He waited about 15 minutes and then left, which is also company policy. I know that you believe that he never showed and I will probably never be able to convince you of that, but he was. We actually have GPS on all of our trucks, so I can absolutely assure you that he was there. And I can see on his phone log that he did try to call you. For whatever reason the appointment didn’t happen. After the heated conversation between you and Dan, he tried to call you back. Even though you hung up on him. He was trying to let you know that Brenden could still come out to do your service that day, but you choose not to answer the phone. While I don’t like your rating on Angie’s List or the threat you made to Dan that you would write a nasty review, but I do understand your anger. I’m sorry that we did not live up to the expectations that were given to you on the phone. Mistakes happen. We are human and we are not perfect, but we can say “I’m sorry” when something does not go the way it’s supposed to. Again, I'm sorry for all the mess yesterday and I’m sorry that we disappointed you.
