WENT VERY WELL. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. A REAL GENTLEMAN.

It went very well. Provider fixed the problems I had and made suggestions for how I could avoid future problems. I've been dealing with this computer repair person for the last eight years -- so I have lots of experience with the work he does. Before appointments with him I make an ongoing list of the problems I've been having with my computer and then have him find solutions for each of these problems, step by step. I've had a couple of occasions where he had to wipe my computer clean (because of viruses and "corruption" [I hate that word. I could never understand how that happens]) and reinstall all the programs I had on my computer. (And anyone who has had to do that knows what a huge task, and pain in the neck, this is.) He is one of the most punctual people I know, entirely responsible, and responsible. One thing I particularly like about him is that he is straight with what he says. If he at first finds a challenge in making a particular repair, he will research the issue until he comes up with a good solution (if it exists) for the problem. I highly recommend him!

They were very courteous and helpfull answering questions when i called to ask about service and they made an appointment that worked for me. Daniel was very knowledgable. and patient when i asked him questions. My router went bad so we went across the street to buy one. He set it up and connected the two computers wirelessl. Once All was done he installed some sofware and scanned both computers and made them work faster almost like new. I have a printer issue and they told me they have a printer guy so I will make sure I will call next paycheck to get that looked at. I know they will take care of it also just as well as they did with my computers

I first heard of Computer Doctors from a neighbor of mine in 2004. He told me that he was very impressed by a speaker at a computer club meeting he had recently attended. As a result of this strong recommendation, I called to arrange a tutoring session. (I had so many questions I wanted answered and so many problems to fix.) I have been extremely pleased dealing with this company for the last eight years! I have been consistently satisfied with the level and quality of services I have received. My only regret is that I never seem to have enough time to ask all my questions and get more of my goals accomplished. I have felt listened to carefully, helped in the ways I wanted, and bolstered in my confidence to master technical issues that I felt challenged by. Computer Doctors is one of the most punctual and responsive companies I have ever dealt with. They combine technical expertise and professional competence with a courteous and respectful attitude.
