Daniel was very friendly and professional. He got started right away and solved our problems. They are very honest people, and we highly recommend them.

Daniel was really nice, and he did a great job helping out my mom by fixing some basic bugs on her home computer and giving her a quick tutorial on efficient computer usage.

Fantastic. He was on vacation when I called and accessed by remote toi make sure there were no terrible problems. Scheduled house visit around my times as best possible. Very accommodating. desk set up neater than it's ever been, no loose wires. Speed improved. Very kind about my total lack of knowledge/interest in how everything works but very clear explanations of what I needed to know.

Computer is now working. Arrived on time, did a good job getting it to work, did some additional updates, and only charged a modest fee.

I had to call about a refund for computer service because they do not service the area I live in.I spoke with the most pleasant helpful young man his name was DERIN S. I do not know his last name just that it starts with an S because he emailed me some information about other computer services I just wanted to give you a heads up about what a wonderful employee you have in DERIN I spoke with him through your customer service line please let me know that you received this information because I believe good employee should be rewarded for such wonderful service Thank you Mrs Carol Hanley

It took approximately 7 1/2 hours. The computer doctors had to start from the beginning. Recover files from my damage PC, then install programs on the new PC and install files that were recovered.

After the initial visit, had him come back out for other computer tune ups.

The doctor was on time, professional and best of all got me back into my computer which is now working better than ever for minimal cost.

It went very well. Daniel arrived on time. He took a full two hours to clean up the computer mess. Daniel was patient, answered all my questions, and tweaked the settings on my computer to my satisfaction. He also checked the functions (printer, scanner) to make sure everything was operational before he left. He told me to feel free to call him at any time with questions. I understood that the fee was $75 per hour, so I was not surprised by my bill of $150. I felt it was fair, and that I got my money's worth. I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to call them again.

My hard drive needed to be replaced. The provider left me with Windows 7 and instructions to install the operating system. I installed my hard drive this morning. I called, and five hours later he returned my phone call. I was unable to install everything, and the provider told me that he forgot to give me the programs I needed and wants to charge me an extra $75 to come out and give the programs to me. I would be happy to make this a positive review if I receive my program in a timely manner. UPDATE He did called back a second time after reading this review and offered to drop program off to me that he forgot so i could activate Windows 7-- by then i called another service and paid another 75$ . The new service company straighten everything out.

It went very well. Daniel checked the printers and the computers and sorted everything out. Excellent work as always.

It was good. The guy was quite knowledgeable. He went over the laptop and got it operational again. He was real thorough and easy to work with. Sometimes you have to be patient, because he speaks one language and you speak another, when it comes to computers and my wife is not particularly savvy with computers but she is the one that depends on it so much. He was right on time. He was professional.

He was very nice, and very polite and knew what he was doing.

I am a retired CPA/ tax attorney and in my prior life frequently had to hire computer techs to keep my office running and up to date. I always had doubts as it seemed to me that they were inefficient and learning on my dollar or were deliberately stretching out the fix to increase their billable hours. I did not have this feeling with Dan from Computer Doctors as he clearly knew his stuff. I have used him services a second time since as I have bought new, additional equipment and needed his expertise on set-up. I wish I had found him 20+ years ago. Oh, I am not related to him nor do I know him socially.

When I brought this to their attention after they left, they tried to correct (remotely, and finnally gaveup. They advived me to buy anewer model computer as the only "fix". I found a fix myself later that day, and the computer has worked wellsince.

Tech Darren Ripp arrived at the scheduled time. He was able to fix all my problems in the two hour time frame. If I need him again, I would have no problem paying the going rate for his services.

I had emailed them the hard drive specifications and some links to discussions of issues in recovering data from this drive. The tech neither read them nor brought the right equipment. He attempted to disassemble the casing with house keys before I gave him my screw drivers. He could not figure out how to remove the drive, so I signed on and found a YouTube to demonstrate it for him. The drive was a 2T advanced format and he did not have the equipment to read it. He left charging me for an hour worth of his time. I very disappointed in ?Angie?s list? and will let my membership expire in a few years, 2 out of three vendors I?ve used had problems.

Excellent! The work took about an hour and a half (maybe a little more), and the tech kept us informed on everything he was doing. The best part was that the tech left a sheet of detailed instructions for us on how to do most of what he did ourselves, so we can keep the machine clean and running optimally. And it really runs well now!

They were great, did a great job and was very well worth the money. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service.

Terry was great. He set up my printer and IPad and offered to come back out if I have any additional computer needs.

Gentlemen that came out checked a printer that we were having problems with and after testing determined that it had an internal electrical problem. He accompanied me across the street and gave me advise on printer to buy to replace my bad one. We got back home he set it up and works perfect. This company definitely has the right person for the job..They have definitely have a customer for the long run
