They told me to hold off a few days to paint the wood. It started raining and the wood expanded so the gate they put it wouldn't fit. He couldn't replace it so he had to scrape away like it was a door jam and he left it that way. It looked like my son did it who doesn't know how to do anything. So I called and asked him if that was going to be how he left it. He did not fight me on it and he came back and fixed it for me. I did not have to yell at him, he did come back and do it.

I purchased one of Angie's Deals: $299 of fence work for $99. Because it was such a popular deal, it took a few days to get an appointment. Once they came out to inspect the problem and provide a quote, the work was scheduled for a week or so later. As promised, they showed up and completed the job. I found the company responsive, competent, and professional.

He has been extremely helpful, down to earth, knowledgable, and nice.

All we can comment on is the service call for the estimate. It went very well.

They arrived on time, found the hole in the fence that my dog had used as an escape route and repaired it before I realized they had arrived.

The guy was super nice but the cost was too high for us right now. He was very professional. His price was not the most competitive but he seemed to be the most knowledgeable of the 3 people that we got estimates from. He responded right away. It was just a lot of money and we would consider using them unless we found somebody that was cheaper.

I left one voice mail at 4 pm Monday 10/3/11 & another voice mail at 3:30 Monday 11/14/11. As of today I have never received a call back & have selected a different fence company for the project.

Rick came to my house (without an appointment) the same day I sent him an e-mail. He measure the job and gave me a ball park estimate and said he would go back to the office to crunch the numbers. He was supposed to send me a final estimate the next day. This was 16 days ago. During this time, he has not called me, e-mailed me or stopped by. Finally, this morning, I sent him an e-mail to let him know I was no longer interested. I gave him an F in punctuality because coming to someone's home unannounced is just as bad as showing up late.

Rick and his crew were fantastic. On time, professional and priced fairly. Dont buther looking anyfurther, you wont find better service.

They are great. I would rate them high overall. The guys are very personable, very professional and the price is just right. Everything is just excellent.

I contacted Rick (and two others) for an estimate on a fence. Rick was the first one to contact me and came by the next day. After receiving the other bids we decided to go with All Coast Fencing. They had the best price and also had a good rating on Angie's List. He said he could get started as soon as the permit came in. The contract was written up on June 15 and the permit was filed on June 21. The issue date of the permit was 7 days later. The fence was completed on July 22, 37 days later, from the time the contract was signed. The installers were very professional and courteous. They did a great job. Clean up was complete. The one issue I have is that fact that the fence was suppose to be no taller than 4 in. off the ground max and in a few places it's higher which allows my mom's dogs to get under it. They said they could put in a bar across the bottom and I thought this would be an excellent idea. I requested an estimate for 6 bars. Upon leaving they said they would get back to me with the price but I've never heard from them. It's been over a month now. At first I thought they were making them and would get in touch with me but I guess not. Not sure why since this is money in their pocket. This is the only reason I'm not sure if I would use them in the future. An update as of 11/30/11 Rick contacted me after reading the review I had posted and was surprised that no one contacted me or his crew had not returned to add bars to the fence. He showed up immediately and put in bars at the bottom where the fence was too high. It looks great! He even left us 3 extra. Rick never charged us for this addition. We will definitely be using this company again. I've had 3 neighbors come and ask who put in our fence. It's beautiful.

Called for estimate and had to leave voice mail message. Response from proprietor was so many days later that I at first forgot that I had even called him in the first place. When I expressed that I was perplexed at his lag in response, he got unpleasant with me and that was what convinced me that he was definately not the fence installer for me.

Rick is very professional and paid attention to details. He was responsive to my phone calls, showed up when he was supposed to, and gave me honest advice that saved me money.

From the first phone call, I was pleased. A quick response to my request for an estimate. Work was started within a day and completed on time and on budget. The crew was polite and left both work areas in immaculate condition. I will definitely recommend them to any who need fencing work. A+

No service was performed. I only wanted a quote/estimate. When I called to obtain an estimate the week prior, I was asked if he could call me back in the afternoon to arrange to come to my residence. When he finally called back, my wife and I were about to leave the house for the rest of the evening. All Coast and I agreed that he would call me the following Friday on my day off. I later contacted a competitor also listed with Angie's and received a great estimate on the phone without going through this 'two ships passing in the night' hassle experienced by All Coast. He did call me on Friday, Sept. 3rd and I just knew we would go through the waiting game for him to show for the estimate, so I politely declined without explanation as I did not feel like arguing. The proprietor of All Coast does not yet comprehend how critical that being responsive to customer inquiries happens to be to his business. He probably has more work than he can handle and my inquiry was likely not important enough to him.

They came in to give a bid and then set a date for the repairs to be made the following week. They showed up on time and completed the work in the same day. There was one minor repair that was missed and they came back the following day to complete it to my satisfaction.

I could not expect better service or a better quality fence.

Excellent business practices. He didn't gouge me. I was impressed w/ the workmanship. I would definitely call them again and I would recommend them to others. I'm thrilled with my new gates. The front of my house looks fabulous!

Came out within a day to provide me with an estimate and had the work completed later that day. Did a great job and I was very happy.

Called Rich, he came over the next day and quoted the job. When I couldn't make up my mind on the height and style of the aluminum sections, he came over again to show me assorted options and make suggestions based on his experience in the field. The biggest problem was the line of old and overgrown ficus hedges the whole length of the back yard. Rich made special arrangements to come over to supervise my landscape company (at no charge) so the hedge would be cut back only enough so he could install the fence and keep as much of the hedge as possible. He and his crew were totally professional and I love my fence.
