They are fine. I like everything about it. It was good. They had to come back one time because it wasn’t quite right. When I called them, they came right back out. My interactions with them were very good. The fence turned out very good.

We hired All Coast Fencing after checking out all the reviews on Angie?s List. This job was an absolutemess from the get go. They were an hour late for estimate. We should have walked away then. We ended up hiring them to replace a fence, build out in an area (between my neighbor and my house) and my neighbor added a gate to built out area. Guys were supposed to arrive Monday. Monday midday, I get a text that they will be there Tuesday, Tuesday I get a text they will be there Wed. This was the Wed before Thanksgiving. Guys got to house and had all kinds of issues because of the fences behind our fences (our neighbors) They wanted to take theirs down, which of course my neighbors were not having it. These fences were here during the estimate process, however there was never a discussion about them. They worked on Wed to 7pm and I asked them if they were coming back Friday. They did not know. Needless to say, no one showed up until Monday. Finally our fence was finished but my neighbor?s fence gate had to go up. I came home from work and saw that gate went up, 6 inches out further than ours-see picture. One lock was upside down, and the wood is so messed up you could see here whole back yard through the gap in her gate and post moves when you touch it. When I called them, The son Nathan came out and was about as rude as could possibly be, would not even look at me and blamed us for everything. Saying my neighbor or I would have to move our drain pipe. I explained that the drain pipes have been there since project started, the project did not change, why did we not put fence in a different spot. They said we are not moving fence. Both father and son have terrible customer service skills and do not care about customer. There were many other things that happened on this job that were unacceptable. They do not pick up old fence. When I asked they told me that was not in contract. They showed our bill to my neighbor- even though she was not the one contracted with them. They used subcontractors and told me that the ones that did my neighbors fence are no longer with them- Rick said ? They did 3 jobs and they are no longer with us? I am in business, and I gave these people every opportunity to fix my fence before I gave this review. RUN DON?T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

They were responsive and on time. The part that pulls the gate open and shut, completely came off. They took care of it quickly and he walked me through how to manually open and close the gate. Very respectful, professional and the price was reasonable. Will do business again.

No response ever received from All Coast Fencing. We were forced to keep looking for a service provider to meet our needs.

They are true professionals....showed up on time, promptly returned phone calls and job looks professional. Very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone and use them again if needed.

They are great. My impression of their price is good. They were professional. They did great work. They knew what they were doing. They knew what they were talking about and they knew how to do quality work. They weren’t trying to scamp anywhere. The people were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Initially they were very responsive. I requested a quote for fencing and someone came out within a few days to give me an estimate. He didn't really seem to care if he got my business or not, did the measuring, handed me the quote and said "let me know" and walked away. I stopped him and said that I wanted to proceed quickly because the price seemed reasonable and I was going out of town for the holidays and needed the fence built before I left. (I have 3 big dogs and my old fence literally had fallen down and my backyard was completely open.) He said they would get it done before I had to leave and would contact me the following week to schedule. I gave him a deposit check and we signed the contract. A week went by and I hadn't heard from anyone. I called repeatedly over the course of the next week and couldn't get an answer on when they would be starting. I kept getting the brush off response "someone will call you" or "oh they haven't called you yet?" Which obviously they hadn't or else I wouldn't keep calling back! Finally I was to the point where I had to threaten to cancel the contract and find another contractor when they told me they would be out that afternoon. No one came that day. Finally the next day, nearly two weeks later the crew arrived. It was a subcontract crew that didn't really know what the scope of the job was. I gave him a copy of the contract so they knew what to do. The actual work they did was pretty good, although there is a very large gap under the fence which any dog could crawl out under if they wanted to. They told me they had to build it that way which didn't really make sense considering my old fence was built close to the ground with less than an inch gap. After they finished they piled up all the old fencing materials and trash on my lawn and told me that it would be picked up with the bulk trash. I left town for the holidays and came back on 12/25 to find the materials still piled up on my lawn. I called the city to which they said they do NOT remove fencing materials and that any contractor working in Boca would know that. I called All Coast back on 12/26 and told them that the city would not pick up the old fencing materials left behind and to please have the guys come back and pick them up as I am a single woman with no way of removing them or hauling them anywhere. That was 10 days ago and I have probably called them 4-5 times again to have the materials picked up and they are still there. My neighbors have complained because it is actually on their lawn and is killing their grass. Every time I call All Coast to inquire when they are picking up the leftover fencing materials I get a generic "I'll call the guys and find out" response and no one ever calls me back. The communication skills at this company are horrible at best. I very much regret using All Coast Fencing and will never do so again. I would not recommend that anyone else do either unless you want horrible service, bad communication and to be left frustrated and with a giant pile of trash on your yard for a month.

11/12 - Signed contract and building permit application and gave $ 500 deposit - I was told that it would take 4 weeks because it would take 3 weeks to obtain a permit from the City of Boca Raton 11/14 - Chech cashed. 12/4 - Called All Coast to check status. They had no idea who I was and wanted to know to whom I wrote out the check. I told them All Coast cashed the check on 11/14. They said "Rick" would have to get back with me. 12/5 - Called All Coast. They were surprised that "Rick" never called me back. They would check on what happened. 12/5 - I met with the City of Boca Raton Building Official. He stated that they did not have an permit application for my address and that a permit would not even be necessary to install new gates. 12/5 - Called All Coast. They didn't know anything about the permit and that "Rick" would call me back. 12/10 - Called All Coast. They were surprised that "Rick" did not call. They would call me back. 12/10 - All Coast called (NOT RICK) - Said that they would try to install this week but that other projects were ahead of me. I explained that I had been waiting a month on the premise that we were waiting for a permit when in fact All Coast never even applied for a permit. I stated that if the gates were not installed this week that I wanted my money back. 12/13 (Fri) - called All Coast to see why no work was done. 12/13 (Fri) - All Coast call and said that a crew had just arrived at my house. I asked why I was not given a day and time for arrival so that I could make arrangements for my dog and 2 year old. All Coast had no answer. 12/13 (Fri) - Arrived home. All coast was installing in the dark and had run their power cords to my front door and connected to my electricity without my permission. Also, installer had knocked on the door prior to my arrival and asked my wife if he could go to the bathroom. She felt uncomfortable but let him in. He proceeded to go number 2 (move bowels) in our guest bath. My wife had to close the door after he left due to the foul odor. 12/14 (Sat) - Finished gates but left a 4 foot tall pile of wood and nails out front. I was told that it would be another $ 60 to remove the debris. I paid the $ 60 and the debris was removed. 12/16 (Mon) - All Coast rang my front doorbell at 6 PMto collect fee in full - I paid. 12/17 - I found new wood deris, 3 empty sacrete bags and 2 large blocks of concrete and been discarded into my ornamental bushes. I called Allcoast to pick up and left a message (no return call - no surprise). In the dark, at 6 PM, without any warning, I saw a truck outside of my house and someone walking in my yard. I first thought about calling the police, then I realized that it was All Coast's standard operating procedure. In summary , RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR. THEY WILL NOT RETURN CALLS, THEY WILL NOT APPLY FOR A PERMIT, THEY WILL GOUGE YOU FOR THAT EXTRA 60 BUCKS to HAUL AWAY THE DEBRIS ON A $ 1100 JOB!! I am sure that "Rick" will try to write a rebuttal about the lack of return calls. I will gladly compare my cell phone records to his.

I would definitely use this company again. They did everything as they said they would and service was quick!

Great installation. Nice people. Even came back to clean up our neighbors yard.

They gave a quick response. The workers are friendly, polite, and professional. They do a good job.

We got a quote for the job and after comparing with a few other fence contractors we selected All Coast. Rick came out himself and quoted us a price. The scope of work changed a bit as my neighbor didn't want to see a brand new fence so I opted not to change the whole thing. The price of what we had done turned out to be the less than the price of the deposit. After the job I had to call several time to get a refund but it was dropped off without much hassle at all. The job took a bit longer due to heavy rain but was done properly and they were able to get on it as soon as permits were issued. I would use them again.

We brought in three companies to provide us with estimates. One company was outrageously priced, the other didn't even come to see our property, they just wanted to quote via email. All Coast came out and walked the property and discussed our issues and concerns with attaching to the neighbors property. Rick answered all of questions and was easily available by phone. The permitting process was very smooth and quick and Rick had us on the schedule in no time. I was very impressed with how fast the installation went and impressed with his courteous crew. Our new fence looks great. I am also very pleased with the professionalism of All Coast Fencing. We had a difficult situation arise during the installation and the guys at All Coast went above and beyond to insure all parties were satisfied.

All Coast got high reviews. Had Rick the owner come out for an estimate. Carefully reviewed what I wanted: quality work, done by his crew (no subcontractors), fence built by hand with no exposed posts (no pre-fab panels from Home Depot), not physically attached to either my house or the house next door (did not want holes drilled in the exterior coating of my house). Rick provided a written estimate including obtaining permits from city of Delray and installation of fence. There was quite a bit of back and forth getting the permits and approval from my HOA, and I ended up having to go to city hall twice for the permits. The second time they had the permit ready and I let Rick know that we were ready to have the work done. My job was not a full day so Rick fit it in one afternoon. The first sign of problems was when Rick called me to let me know the crew was at my house. I had specifically asked to be called ahead of time (I only work 10 minutes from home) so that I could be there to review the location of the gate with them before work started. On this call Rick also asked me to confirm what kind of fence he was to be installing "Shadowbox, Right?". It also became apparent that he was not there with 'his' crew. I rushed home to find a carpenter and a laborer installing a fence using the wrong method of construction in the wrong location. I immediately asked the carpenter to stop and he gave me a big attitude. He said "Another one of Rick's f***** up jobs... they're all like this". Clearly Rick had subbed the job out and not clearly communicated the finer points of what I wanted or even bothered to show up to review the job prior to the start of work with his sub-contractor. I got on the phone with Rick who told me that to have the fence constructed the way I wanted (which is what I thought I had made clear in the first place) would require the same amount of materials but more labor so it would be $175 more. I reluctantly agreed and he got on the phone with his sub to review the change. Then just to be sure I asked the sub-contractor about how he was planning to construct the gate and he informed me that he was going to drill into my house. The written estimate I had from All Coast CLEARLY stated NOT ATTACHED TO EITHER HOUSE. So I had to call Rick again, he agreed that we had specified not attaching to either house, came out, went over the plan with the sub-contractor and left. I needed to get back to work and Rick's sub-contractor assured me that everything would be OK so I left. When I got back later that night I discovered they had failed to clean up after themselves-left pieces of wood, plastic tags, brush clippings all over my yard, had not removed the dirt from the post holes they dug, and had rushed the installation job so much that there were nails with the points exposed because they were not driven straight, or sticking out because they were not fully driven in. The job was done as quickly as possible with no effort to go the extra inch (let alone mile) to create a quality work product--exactly what you get when you sub out a job. I called Rick the next day to express my unhappiness and he became very defensive. When I complained that they did not remove the dirt but rather scattered it all over my lawn he stated "Dirt is never removed from the jobsite". When I told him I was unhappy that he had subbed the job out he did not deny it. When I told him I was unhappy with the quality of the work he stated "That guy is the best installer in South Florida". Considering the installer slapped my fence together in about 4 hours I would say he may be the fastest installer in South Florida but I can tell you for sure he is not the best. See attached pictures. When it became clear that Rick wasn't going to do anything to make the situation right--have someone come by and clean up my yard at the least? Fix the shoddy work at best? I just told him to send me a bill and I would send him a check. Finally did get an invoice three weeks later when his wife came by my office (Rick claimed his computer had been broken and he lost my number) and he had included both the $175 extra and the fee for getting the permit even though I did that. Life's too short so I just paid the total but in my younger days I would not have. Very disappointing. I would not use All Coast Fencing again.

Rick gave us a rough estimate of when the job would be done and the job was started within the week of his estimate. His employees were great, neat, experience, and efficient. We had a problem with a neighbors cluster of palms encroaching on our property, and they even helped my husband and brother in law with the large and heavy pieces of palm. They made sure their measurements were correct, and the quality of the nails, boards and posts were top notch. I highly recommend Rick Fyfe and All Coast Fencing. Rick seems to tell it to you straight and follows through with what he says his company can and cannot do. It was a good experience.

It went well and all the refuse was removed, except for the large carton that the lattice was shipped in.

All Coast owner, Rick, is great.Very responsive to calls and questions. Very helpful in talking with my Association Board so that I could move forward with the fence work. Came to do job when he said they would be here. Finished job in 1.5 days; left worksite clean. Would use again if I needed more fencing. DF Lake Worth

. All Coast Fencing received almost all A ratings from Angies List members, and his website said he served Palm Beach County where I lived and no job "was too big or too small." He sounded busy on the 12 phone calls over the next seven weeks, which I thought was a good sign, but he was optimistic each time we spoke that he could complete the job rapidly. I had the impression that he was a one man operation, but he was always cordial and reassuring and kept telling me to all back the next week, which I was glad to do. He finally came in person after seven weeks, and had an immaculate and expensive looking van, which I thought was another good sign hinting that he was prosperous. I asked if he had any samples of the colors for the top-of-the-line fencing I wanted, and he said no. After about 20 minutes, he gave me an estimate of "about $2,100." I said "OK, and when do you think I can get a written estimate." He said he would email it to me the next day along with the phone number of his electrical contractor for the wiring on the electrical gate. Not wanting to add to his rushing, I said "Thanks, I'll expect it by the end of the week." But nothing came, so I gave up waiting and got another Angies List contractor. I am reluctant to give a low rating to such an encouraging and highly rated company. But three times this year I was contacted by Angies List to evaluate All Coast. I feel indebted to Angies List because they refunded the money I spent on their $300 Big Deal Coupon for All Coast, and I hope I might hear from the owner to explain what happened so I could raise his final rating. So this is my evaluation of the strange circumstances that dragged on for so long.

Met with contractor and showed him the area where I wanted the rusty chain link replaced and maglocks installed on backyard fence doors. I accepted the quote and the work was completed a few days later while I was at work. Contractor replaced the rusty chain link, but reused my old rusty tension bars. The tension bars are the piece of metal weaved through the chain link to hold it in place and I thought these would be replaced as well. Due to an illness in my family and work travel, I didn't call the contractor immediately and waited two months. When I called the contractor about the rusty tension bars, he was extremely rude, told me I shouldn't have waited to call him and told me I had asked to have the chain link replaced, not the tension bars. Until this phone call, I had no idea the tensions bars were not part of the chain link. I had asked to have the rusty chain link fence replaced and thought he would replace all rusty parts. I must emphasize, this contractor was very rude, argumentative and condescending on the phone call. At the end of the call, he said he would replace the tension bars (which are a $2 part), but he never did. I do not recommend this contractor and will not use them again.

I needed a new fence for my pool. Owner of All Coast arrived as scheduled. Out of three estimates. he was the least expensive ($1700 plus permit costs) and was MUCH better informed about what the City of Boca Raton, FL requires by code, which saved me money as the other companies left out details that I would have had to fix at extra expense. The fence I wanted surrounded most of the back yard, not just the pool deck. Work was done as promised. No debris left for me to clean up. EXCELLENT job!

their information on the page indicated they service Palm Beacha nd Broward counties as their service area. I just called for service in 33029 (west Miaramar) in Broward and he indicated they do not service that area. The site should be updated to be accurate of the areas of service.

It went great. They gave me a bid to do the work, and we settled on a price. They came on the day as promised and stayed till the job was done. No complaints

Dealing with a construction project from distance is a challenging experience in itself. A million thanks to All Coast Fencing/ Richard Fyfe who dealt with our situation with remarkable dedication and professionalism. I relied on him for his honesty, hard-work, good judgment and experience in building a cost-effective, aesthetically pleasant, non-intrusive fence around the pool, all this under a minimal amount of time. And don't forget,we couldn't be there and totally relied on Richard's expertise and advice. He was clear and well organized in every steps he took (information, pictures, documents, permits) , always on time and resourceful, delivered a great product, went more than the extra-mile to save us time and money. While experiencing a last minute bump on the road coming from an outside source, he continued to surpass our expectations and completed this project with great finesse.

Great! - Once the permit was in place it only took a 3 days from start to finish. The dogs love their new fence!

Their estimate was competitive. We needed a permit for the work and they sheparded it to the end. Their materials and craftsmanship are outstanding and they took pride in the installation. I give them a very high recommendation
