Description of Work: Already had cable and internet with Bright House. This trip they installed a phone/fax line and connected it to the internet. The technician was very helpful in answering questions and he was in and out in a reasonable length of time. |We chose Bright House for our cable and internet because they are very accommodating with seasonal users. It is very easy to turn on and off service and there is no monthly charge to do so. So far very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: I had totally lost my internet and phone service from Bright House. After the technician came he found the problem and fixed it. I had snow bird company and added cable TV during the tech call. It was hooked up to give cable TV but was installed incorrectly and did not allow watching DVD's. My guest figured it out. When they leave for Ohio I will call and cancel cable TV and return to streaming. In all fairness the tech may have been out of his element for doing an install.
