 + 1 moreThe work went well and was done in a timely manner. The technicians were professional and personable.
Description of Work: First they installed our internet connection. Then a sales rep came by and convinced us to leave DirecTV and told us about using a Roku device to make our service cheaper. The installer was there the next day, a holiday, to upgrade our service. When we had a problem with the Roku, the sales rep was more than happy to help us out on his own personal time.

 + -1 moreThe last time the cable tech. came to my residence he didn't come inside. He worked on the outside box and I didn't even know he was there.
Description of Work: I have been having an ongoing problem with bright house for 7 (seven) years now. My home is at the end of the line. I change cable boxes faster than the seasons change. I cannot receive a signal in the center rooms in my home and the new little boxes added to the t.v's without a cable box is the worst. The only other service I can get is dish unfortunately my homeowners will not let us have the satellite on the house. I like bright houses service I just wish I didn't have so much trouble.

 + -1 moreThe tech was on time and very knowlagable of what was going on. After performing a few tests inside the house he located the problem at the street. He spent the time to explain what the issue was and repaired it. I has be had no problems since.

 + 1 moreThey are very good! They come when they promise, do their job, and are always professional. 411 gets you directly through to their service which is wonderful! You definitely get what you pay for. They also have 20,000 hot-spots throughout the nation that I can access with their service.
Description of Work: I have a monthly plan with this provider that includes 30 MG of internet, full Cable, security, unlimited long-distnace, and remote access to home devices.

 + -1 moreVery well, installer was on time and very professional. I know I was a cable tech from the late 60's to the early 80's. I just moved from ocala fl to belleview fl. In ocala I had cox cable 18mbs download speed for $37.00per month. With brighthouse I have 10mbs download speed for $57.00 per month. I am paying more and getting less. I will be looking for another service provider.

 + -1 moreMy DVR recorded pictures was erratic and not working properly. Called and spoke to a technician who stated that BH was aware of the problem and was working on it. He was very considerate and gave me a reimbursement for my problems. I guess they are still working on it as it is not fixed as yet. Will wait until the end of the month and call back if not fixed.
