They never showed up. They sent me an email with the actual contract. I approved it and she said, "It's gonna be about two weeks before we can start," and that was in May. I thought the estimate was fair. He explained what he was gonna do. He called me on the phone and said, "I emailed it to you. I just wanna make sure you got it."

They are a busy successfull business. I had to wait two weeks to get an appointment but it was worth the wait.

It was easy to work with them. They gave options with an explanation and then did what we decided. I wish all contractors were this easy to work with. For the amount of workthey did and the size of my lawn they price was great.

Everything was completed on time and fully functional.

He did an excellent job. He showed up, gave pricing and allowed me to make a decision. He was straight to the business of getting what you needed. He provided a quote and he went up and beyond by not just giving me a price but he provided and itemized deal of what all the prices and he gives you an idea about the job. Others give you quote but they don't tell you how they are going to arrive at their price. They're responsive, they followed up, even his mother that works from the office called back. They are very professional, they represent his company and family well.

Allen's Sod Svc did a very good job. I was pleased with them. The owner, Allen, is super knowledgeable. He comes out on the job to check on it. His son Matthew, who ran the job, is knowledgeable as well. The price was very fair.

Irrigation tech arrived, went thru system. Very professional & courteous. Did work in timely manner & fees were very reasonable.

Mathew, the boss, had helped me with lawn problems over the last couple of years just because I asked. Impressed with his good nature and honesty I asked him to install new sod in my back and side yard. Before starting, his irrigation guy found a way to greatly improve watering coverage by fixing and redoing the piping the previous irrigation "expert" left behind. This cost me about $120. and was a fraction of what last the last guy charged! The lawn was then prepped by a gang who machined out the old grass and put down a layer of dirt, leaving the land ready for sod. The sod showed up the next day and was expertly installed in a few hours. Before leaving they reprogrammed the irrigation controller for adequate water coverage for the next few weeks, until the sod took hold. It's now a healthy lush green lawn and will stay that way because of their professional service. I could't be happier!!
