The price was more than reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done. Gabriel, the young repairman, was very thoughtful friendly and concerned for my welfare as I am an elderly cancer patient on a walker. Because I was unable to prepare the unit and its surroundings before his arrival, he had to work hard before he could begin his repairs. Without complaint he did what was necessary to gain access to the unit and efficiently repair it. Through my own life challenges, I realized my strengths and passion were listening and helping others through life struggles. Listening to a friend; helping to sort through precious memories, focusing on what to keep and what to part with. I did it myself and understood the pressures and pain of this task.
