They were Awesome!! They were punctual. Assessed what had to be cleaned, gave us an immediate cost estimate and was able to start work immediately!!!! They were even flexible enough to clean other items that weren’t included in the first estimate. That was wonderful. They were also nice enough to include a guarantee on their work so after everything dries, if you’re not satisfied, they’ll come back one time for free. Great deal!!! I’d use them again. Give them a try, you won’t regret it.

I hired Atlantic 1 to clean 2 couches and 2 rugs. After they finished, one rug still smelled very strongly of dog urine. Either it wasn’t cleaned at all, or it was poorly done. I called the company to say I wasn’t happy, and the man told me, ‘I did the best I could. Sometimes all the smell doesn’t come out.” I am not a happy customer. People should be forewarned that Atlantic 1 can’t always get dog urine smell out completely.

Great communication from the beginning. Had 2 area rugs and 2 upholstered chairs cleaned. Liron was very personable.

After Liran gave me an estimate on Thursday, he returned this morning and went to work immediately. He cleaned three carpets, plus the stairs, in a little over an hour. He was very courteous, professional, and meticulous. I would definitely call him again.

Serviceman called ahead, arrived right on time. He was friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do. He worked quickly, and I am very happy with the results.

The process went well. Liron was very punctual and was able to schedule the appointment the next day after initial contact. He was polite and very efficient. He knows what he’s doing. The only downside was the furniture took a few hours longer to dry than his initial estimate.

Please be advised that when using Angi's service searching for a professional, I experienced an intimating, belligerent; hostile and threatening encounter with the Angie's list pro-vendor, Atlantic 1 Cleaning Services dba drytech, who breached the oral agreement made when he was engaged to perform the cleaning of my rooftop dryer vent using his special machinery to vacuum and clear the roof dryer vent of lint buildup from 6 years of daily use. The extent of the work performed was Lee carelessly slamming and skidding his ladder on the roof of my home, (hopefully not breaking any ceramic tiles) and without removing any equipment from his truck, he simply looked at the roof exhaust vent and declared the dryer exhaust pipeline was clear; incredibly without the use of any tools to investigate such as a: scope; flashlight; or any vacuum or brushes or any tools of any kind to clean and clear the vent or to inspect the length of the dryer vent pipeline. This dryer vent pipeline is an approximately 30 foot long dryer exhaust and he just magically declared this exhaust was all clear and demanded we pay him $150.00 for no service being rendered to thoroughly clean and vacuum the vent. Lee's, the technician, vocal and physical hostility escalated as well as he started raising his voice and was screaming you will pay me now; he refused to perform any service with any tools, and under duress of our personal safety as well as to avoid further escalation and confrontation, I handed him a credit card.
