They were even flexible enough to clean other items that weren’t included in the first estimate. That was wonderful. They were also nice enough to include a guarantee on their work so after everything dries, if you’re not satisfied, they’ll come back one time for free. Great deal!!! I’d use them again. Give them a try, you won’t regret it.

+ -1 moreI hired Atlantic 1 to clean 2 couches and 2 rugs. After they finished, one rug still smelled very strongly of dog urine. Either it wasn’t cleaned at all, or it was poorly done. I called the company to say I wasn’t happy, and the man told me, ‘I did the best I could. Sometimes all the smell doesn’t come out.” I am not a happy customer. People should be forewarned that Atlantic 1 can’t always get dog urine smell out completely.
Description of Work: 2 couches and 2 rugs smelled strongly of dog urine from a renter’s dog.
