I was initially disappointed and buyers of the "Angie deal" for $89 for 3 rooms will be told that you will only get a "basic" cleaning for that price. If you want real cleaning (or deep cleaning) then the cost almost doubles. This is what is meant when Atlantic's deal states: "You may upgrade to a more thorough product for an extra fee." Also be aware that while Atlantic states: "Customers may choose between either a steam clean or dry clean for their carpeting" there is a strong aversion to dry clean. So I negotiated a $150 instead of $170 price and did the steam clean. The carpets were cleaned, he worked fast, cleaned up and left the carpets slightly damp (not wet like others). My recommendation to Company is to be more up front about "BASIC" cleaning and include that in the coupon language instead of saying you can upgrade to a more thorough cleaning. My recommendation to you as a purchaser...get a clear picture of what you are buying. in the end, I was satisfied and yes, I would use him again and recommend him to others.

He was running late, but called ahead to let me know and offered to reschedule if it would be a problem. He spent over an hour deep cleaning the couch. My sofa is micro-fiber, so I was worried that it would be ruined. However, no problem. The price was higher than I expected. However, I didn't price compare so I cannot say that he was more/less than others. The finished product was excellent. It almost looks new. My only complaint is that there was water *everywhere*. I have tile, so it's not a big deal, but having to mop up after was a hassle. I would recommend in the future he lay down something to ensure that the water doesn't spread under furniture and perhaps bring along a swiffer or something to get up a bulk of the water.

Liran was the most professional person I have I have ever used. The minute he walked in he covered his shoes. He was fast,did it several times because it was so dirty where the arms and head rest. The same with the couch. I wish I had more work for Him. I took his card to tell my friends about him. By the way,I called him at 12 today,he was at my house at 2. I am extremely impressed with Atlantic 1. I had my sectional cleaned and dryer vent worked on. I was a little nervous about the sectional as it is high quality and white. It was important to me that it be cleaned by someone specifically experienced with upholstery. All the work was done quickly and thoroughly. I did not feel any pressure to purchase add-Ons. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Atlantic 1.

My sofa and dining room chairs had stains that did not come off with the services from another company on January. This time, I really wanted to get my wool area rug cleaned since I have two dogs that are always around and it gets really dirty - was either that or to buy another rug. Liran came in, did the inspection and offered the in-home cleaning and a deep cleaning that could be done at a professional company, I showed him the stains on the sofa and chairs and he said that he could remove for sure. so I opted for that. Also, since I did renovations at the apartment, all air-conditioner ducts had dust and debris from it. After we agreed on a price he took the rug and we scheduled a cleaning day. He came in and was very professional, explained how he would do the job(ducts first, then sofa, then chairs) and the products he was going to use. Everything went well and looked great after it dried out. In the end, i asked if he could bring the rig another day since my new rug pad hadn't arrived yet, he did not hesitate and came on the other day all the way from Fort Lauderdale(I am in South Beach) to bring back the rug. One week after he called to follow-up on my satisfaction. I have had a really hard time with many vendors and service companies in Miami(e.g.: appliances, landscaping) specially when it relates to reliability and quality; but Liran and Atlantic 1 cleaning services do an outstanding job.

It was wonderful!!! He treated the mattress and the sofa and I have my house back. It is amazing!!! Only 1 treatment and it worked like magic. And Lee was super professional and courteous. He even left me a bit of product in case I had to use more the next day but there was no need for that. There was no smell or water mark left behind and the fabric looks like new. He even got rid of some light yellow spots in the mattress while he was there. Thanks Lee!!!

I recently bought a condo from that has not been updated and the tiles were very dingy and dirty with dark grout. tWe found Atlantic1 on the internet and asked for an estimate. Liran came the next day at the the time he promised. He measured the area of tiles to be cleaned and tested an area of the grout so we could see how it would come out. At the time I was not certain I wanted to have the tiles professionally cleaned but when I saw how they would look, I agreed. I also showed him the outside patio tiles that were black with mildew and very dirty. He gave an estimate for the two jobs and I scheduled the work. He came on the appointed day, on time. A friend of mine was there to let him in and said that he went right to work. He worked very efficiently and thoroughly. When I got home from work and looked at the tiles and outside bricks, I could not have been happier. Everything was clean and bright. I was especially pleased with the patio as I had worried that there would be residue on the fence or glass from the pressure cleaning but it was spotless. I would highly recommend Atlantic1 for professionalism and a job well done. I plan to use them anytime I need carpet or tile cleaned in the future.
