Great. Liran was responsive on the phone, willing to accomodate my requests. He came as planned, was v. professional, made some recommendations (some I accepted, others I didn't), and took care of all the cleaning needs. He also was able to bring a beloved old wool rug to get repaired and cleaned. Nice guy, good work. Don't remember the final costs, but all in, including the rug repair, was under $500, and everything looked great.

Very satisfied, no more stinky and stained carpets and everything was cleaned to perfection to my 100% satisfaction. Very pleased and so happy I took a chance and will definitely use again. Also moved couches and found stains of either vomit or poop from her dog.

Liran cleaned it, added a special stain-removing agent and it's better than new! Great job!!!

Today A-1 Cleaned the carpets, but this is the third time that Liran has been to my house. He's cleaned the grout on the tiles, the carpets and also the couches. Totally reliable, dependable and punctual. Before the first time I hired Liran, I've had these services done from previous companies including Sears. The results were unsatisfactory and overly priced. Liran did a great job at an affordable price. Will be calling him again the next time I need to have the floors cleaned. Highly recommend A-1! Liron came over within 30 minutes of my call on a Saturday afternoon. I called multiple companies and everyone else was unwilling to come on short notice. He was the only one that knew that blood has to be cleaned as quickly as possible. He was professional, courteous and friendly. Most importantly he went the extra mile to help a customer. Everything was done very professional. This is the second time, I have used this company. Mr. Lian, owner, was punctual for service. I like the fact that he was very clean (no water all over the floors, which were not covered by carpet). I purchased a deep clean for the more soiled carpet and they looked very good, once the carpet dried. The cost was reasonable and within our price range for carpet cleaning. Overall, Atlanta-1 Carpet Cleaning Service is a professional service; offers good rates; uses quality supplies; and provides professional counseling about the work, prior to cleaning.

Came into my house, looked at the carpet, which by the way is in excellent shape, and I showed him one dirt stain in a room and he told me he couldn't guarantee getting the stain out. He said he could only do a basic superficial cleaning, and I told him I only wanted a general cleaning. He was already trying to up charge me on this job that I already paid for through Angie's List. I asked about how much the deep cleaning he was trying to get me to take would be and told me it would be an $80-$85 up charge. Certainly would not recommend him to anyone. It states in the deal specifically that deep cleaning was an option but it would be approximately double the cost.

Liran, the owner, returned my email immediately even though it was the weekend. He came on a Sunday morning right on time. I was concerned that I would have to replace both the tile and the carpet but he managed to clean everything perfectly. The experience and the result exceeded my expectations.

I was initially disappointed and buyers of the "Angie deal" for $89 for 3 rooms will be told that you will only get a "basic" cleaning for that price. If you want real cleaning (or deep cleaning) then the cost almost doubles. This is what is meant when Atlantic's deal states: "You may upgrade to a more thorough product for an extra fee." Also be aware that while Atlantic states: "Customers may choose between either a steam clean or dry clean for their carpeting" there is a strong aversion to dry clean. So I negotiated a $150 instead of $170 price and did the steam clean. The carpets were cleaned, he worked fast, cleaned up and left the carpets slightly damp (not wet like others). My recommendation to Company is to be more up front about "BASIC" cleaning and include that in the coupon language instead of saying you can upgrade to a more thorough cleaning. My recommendation to you as a purchaser...get a clear picture of what you are buying. in the end, I was satisfied and yes, I would use him again and recommend him to others.

He was running late, but called ahead to let me know and offered to reschedule if it would be a problem. He spent over an hour deep cleaning the couch. My sofa is micro-fiber, so I was worried that it would be ruined. However, no problem. The price was higher than I expected. However, I didn't price compare so I cannot say that he was more/less than others. The finished product was excellent. It almost looks new. My only complaint is that there was water *everywhere*. I have tile, so it's not a big deal, but having to mop up after was a hassle. I would recommend in the future he lay down something to ensure that the water doesn't spread under furniture and perhaps bring along a swiffer or something to get up a bulk of the water.

Liran was the most professional person I have I have ever used. The minute he walked in he covered his shoes. He was fast,did it several times because it was so dirty where the arms and head rest. The same with the couch. I wish I had more work for Him. I took his card to tell my friends about him. By the way,I called him at 12 today,he was at my house at 2. I would refer Atlantic Cleaning to anyone who expects perfection
