Description of Work: I called them in mid June my A/C was not cooling house. A service man came out and cleaned coils which were in dire need. My unit was 10 years old. I appreciated the fact that he did not just try to sell me a new one as previous a/c co,s had. The cleaning helped but the unit was working overtime and not working efficiently. I decided it was time to purchase a new one. I called three different cos for estimates. Springer was by far the most professional. One guy came out took a look then sat in his truck and gave me an oral estimated. when I told him I wanted a written estimate he said they would e mail me.The e mail had very little info on it just the price. The second estimate was very professional and detailed every thing they would do.They were very close to the Springer estimate. Although Springer was a little more expensive they offered a heat pump compared to just A/C. Springer also offered the best warranty. The others offered 10 yrs parts and one year labor. Springer offered 10 years parts and 5 years labor. They were very punctual and thorough in their work. They had to come back with a shroud for the unit as it was custom made. They kept me informed as to the progress of the shroud and also checked with me to make sure I had no problems. They seem to go to the extra step for their customers.

Description of Work: Replaced ductwork, put new air handler in closet where it belong instead of big metal object hanging from the ceiling, like Payne said it had to be and replaced the air conditioning unit with new trane unit

Description of Work: The AC was not working.Technician diagnosed and replaced the air handler blower motor. That was a costly part, but he verified it was still under warranty and provided the part for free. After replacing the motor, technician made sure the unit was operating properly. |Very satisfied. Will use them in the future.

Description of Work: Provided annual service to a/c and pool heater. Pool heater required a new breaker everything else was simply maintenance to get the system ready for warmer weather. They did very good work and were very knowledgeable. However, thought their rates were a little high compared to work by others in prior years....maybe it is a matter of "getting what you pay for"....we'll see how the systems
