Description of Work: Charged for 34 square shingles and 2 square peel and stick. Only used 32 square of shingles and less than 1 square of peel and stick. I asked if I would get credit for unused material. Was told no. Asked if could keep material. Was told no. Several days after job done, had blowing rain and had several leaks where there were two 12X1/2" spaces at bottom of gable eave where water had blown in. Mentioned that had problems with leaks there previously and was told would take care of it. They came out and did a fix. Won't know if fixed until get another blowing rain.

Description of Work: Outstanding company! Estimator was here when he said he would be. After the rains stopped the roofers were here on time. They did an excellent job of removing the old roof, replacing with new, and cleanup after the job was done. I've never seen a group work as had as they did getting the job done. More than satisfied so far. Over 6 inches of rain since the job was done and no leaks.

Description of Work: Complete tear off new roof with Owens Corning shingles. I was surprised when they indicated I had over 40 square on my roof - which I will be measuring. They were onetime, prompt and did a nice job cleaning up. I would use them again if needed.

Description of Work: We had a leak from the edge of the roof on our manufactured home. They patched the area of the leak & then put a 4ft. wide strip of vinyl roofing down the length of the roof. (56ft.) We had them do both sides. Even though it rained, this job was finished quickly & to our satisfaction. Thanks Integrity Homes.

Description of Work: They used a new system to elevate and replace my roof, which was old and flat, this was holding water on the roof, their new method takes out the need to have someone design a new elevation making it about $4,000.00 cheaper. Once we connected things moved rather quickly.

Description of Work: Needed leaking roof replaced and sought three bids. Integrity Homes was the first to respond (within a day) and present the bid. While all three bids were competitive, Integrity Homes bid included a higher than average covering for the flat room on the Florida Room that was not included in the other two bids. They even offered to tarp the roof to preclude leaks before the job was done. The work was scheduled four days out and the team showed up right on time and finished the 32 square main roof, the 25x14 flat roof and cleanup by 4 pm. A truly professional team from bid through execution.

Description of Work: A 50% discount for roofing services was advertised on Angies List, but when I inquired about it, they claimed my house was not eligible for the discount offer....it sounded to me like a "bait and switch" by the company. When I complained nothing was done to correct the "deal". I was somewhat surprised that Angies List would allow such tactics!

 + -1 moreWe got this referral from a friend who is in the insurance business and they use this roofer all the time for insurance claims and roof repairs. We found them to be responsive, professional and their price was in line with others wer received, but they had a better referral reputation than most. They asked for and got half the price down before ordering the shingles. We changed our mind about the color of shingles at the very last minute and they were able to get us what we wanted. Their men arrived at 7:45am on the agreed upon date and they worked all day, with nearly a dozen men scrambling over the roof. They removed the old roof and completed work on the new one all in that one day. They were courteous and professional. We were forced to do this quickly in order to retain our homeowners insurance. The roof was not leaking but had reached it's expiration date and the insurance company was completely INFLEXIBLE about allowing us more time to replace the roof. We only bought the house in January and had to put the new roof on by mid April or lose our coverage. This service provider worked with us to get all the proofs needed by the insurance company and responded to our time-deadline for getting it done. From quote finalization to completion was just about 2 weeks, just as they promised. I can't say enough about how good they were to deal with!
Description of Work: Removed old 3-tab shingles which had reached their expiration date (but were not leaking) and replaced them with architectural shingles guaranteed for 20 more years. They did everything in ONE day and cleaned up after themselves too! They did a great job.

After agreeing on terms, the crew 4 days later to complete the roof. It took them two days since the roof was so large. I have had the roof done before, and the quality of this job was 10x what the previous company had done.
