Great communication. Did the roof in one day. On Memorial Day. Materials were delivered on a Thursday and installed on Monday. Quick and simple. No hassles what so ever. Gave me a quote, I said okay and that was it. Got a call and job was done. Was the most hassle free 100% company I have dealt with after the hurricane.

Integrity Homes & Construction workers were very prompt and left everything very clean after they finished . Sean kept us informed on everything that was being done and what was needed as far as permits and inspections . Very professional . I would highly recommend them and will definitely call them again whenever I need to make repairs to my home .

The job went very well. Not only was Integrity Homes almost $2000 less than their closest competitor for the same job, they got it all done in just one day. Granted, it was a long day. Four workers arrived on the job at about 8 am and did not leave until about 7:30 pm. They went right to work and knew exactly what they were doing. The job came out great. Sean Owens was the person who came out and gave me the estimate and he was very good to work with. He provided his cell phone number and always got back to me in a timely manner when I had questions. After the job was completed, he walked around the house with me and made sure that I was totally satisfied with everything that was done. I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone who needs a new roof.

They were on time. It was apparent that the crew was very experienced. The best thing about the experience was their estimator/salesman/quality control man Richard Allen. He did a great job explaining what they would do and putting it in writing. After the crew finished he waited 3 or 4 days to give me an opportunity to look the result over then he came out and personally took care of any of my concerns to my satisfaction.

They were very easy to work with and charged reasonably for extra repair work that was needed as they progressed through job.

Integrity Homes and Construction was chosen due to the quality of workmanship that we were made aware of from other recent customers with the same work performed. Sean Owens was our contact, and he was great to work with on the estimate, during the re-roof and afterwards. The crew that actually did the re-roof were fantastic starting from arrival to clean-up when they were finished. We had to have some bad wood replaced, which we expected would occur, but Integrity supplied the first 2 sheets. Everything was extremely professional and went seamlessly. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Integrity Homes and Construction to anyone needing a re-roof. Thanks Integrity for a great job!

Just a follow up to my rating after the work was done in March 2016. With all the rain we had this summer I couldn't be happier. Excellent job!! No leaks. Very good people doing the work. Would certainly use Integrity again.

Roof was replaced in one day even with all the wood replacement. No problems, did it right the first time with no call backs!! Thank you Chris and Shawn!

I have read a few other reviews about this being a bit of a "bait and switch" which is exactly what I said to the guy who came for the estimate. First off, I have no complaints about the receptionist or the worker who came to my home. He was very professional and on-time, but couldn't really give me a price without asking the owner. Problem is with the price. If the deal says $4999 for 2000sq ft, normally $6500, that's $1500 OFF the first 2000 sq feet. They tried to tell me that it would be cheaper to go with their regular price of $7700 for my 2900 sq ft of roof. He wrote on my estimate that if I went with the Angie's list deal the total would be $7999. If the deal is $1500 off the regular price of the first 2000, then how can the total be more expensive than the regular price?!?! The ad also stated that customer would recieve a discount on additional sq ft needed. Where was that?? The man who did the estimate had to call the owner to find out what price to charge me because he knew nothing about Angies list. He said, "seems weird to me too, but that's what the office told me to write." He couldn't explain to me how that price was derived, so he gave me the owner's number and said I should call him directly. I did, and he was rude on the phone and hung up on me, but not before saying something about not giving roofs for free... Listen, their price was pretty good compared to other quotes I got that week even without the deal. It's a shame they are putting a discount online and not honoring it. Because of the rude owner and bad practices, I will not be going with this company.

I am not one to write reviews although I rely on them when looking to hire someone. I felt the need to write one for this company. Very prompt and professional service. Contacted the company via e-mail on Wednesday night. Company responded back via email asking for some info. Within hours received a phone call and a repairman came out within 15 minutes. ( Yes he was nearby, hence the rapid arrival) Pleasant, kind and professional service. Will definitely recommend and use their services in the future.

The people were professional and friendly. Once the roof replacement was underway, they continued with it until the job was completed and did a very good job. They were a week or so later than originally projected and didn't call to let us know of the delay. A little additional communication would be helpful, but I definitely would use this company again.

Everything related to the contractor went great. There was a fight with the county every step of the way but Integrity Homes was there fighting for us. The foreman went to the council meeting for us and explained why we should be allowed to attach a garage, which we wouldn't have gotten without his help. The construction was even better than we expected and we were kept informed of the progress of the job every step of the way. We were out of town most of the time but everything was done to our satisfaction. The county came in with changes as the job progressed and Integrity absorbed some of the cost when others would have passed it on to us. We had other estimates on the construction cost of a garage but this was the best and they far exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

These guys were fantastic. I picked them because of their high Angie's list ratings and was not disappointed. I live in Boston and this house is a rental property in Florida. They came out promptly and gave me a very competitive quote. The actually required no deposit and took credit cards for payment! This is a really good sign since shady operations would never do this because they know you can remediate through the credit card company if they do a bad job. It did take them a few weeks longer than expected for them to come out since they were busy and the weather was unpredictable. But once they started they completed the job in two days. I have not seen it in person, but looks great from the pictures. I have had some terrible experiences with roofers in the past ( one took my money, left a huge hole in the roof, I had to hire someone to start over which cost me $1,000s extra). Dealing with Integrity Homes and Construction was a total pleasure, I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything was done very professionally, from the original estimate to the final walk through. They checked in with us on every detail to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted, down to which way the door should swing, There were no add on costs or changes to the original contract. The majority of the work was done while we were out of town. We were nervous about leaving but when it was finished it couldn?t have been done better. The foreman and the entire crew were very friendly and courteous. We couldn?t be happier with the finished product.

They gave us a great price on the shingles they used. They were on time, they worked quickly, and did a great job. I give them many, many accolades!

Everything was perfect. When they came out to do the quote they explained everything in detail, explained our options and gave us an exact estimate. They quoted us a time frame and stuck to it. They showed up on time and cleaned up. If we had questions, they were very quick to reply to messages and phone calls. The quote was a couple hundred more than the other guys, but it was worth every penny. And the quality of work is phenomenal. These guys are amazing.

Arrived promptly to give a quote. I had several questions and they returned to check and answer all my questions. This was not the lowest quote but was the best for what I wanted. I decided to replace everything on the roof thus eliminating any possible future issues although they did not require it. They completed the work in one day. Leak is gone and my handyman reported that they did an excellent job. He asked for their name and phone number so he could recommend them to others in our park.

Integrity Homes & Construction provided a quick detailed quote, in a friendly and professional manner. We chose then even though their quote was not the lowest (a few hundred different), mostly because they provide other services and we were interested in talking to them about other home remodeling. The roof replacement went well. They told us they could start the job the same week we spoke to them and the crew showed up right when we were told they would. They were very nice and did a great job, including the clean up. The boss came by several times to check the work and we couldn't be happier. Of course the test will come over time, but we had heavy rains during and right after they finished and we haven't seen a drop inside yet.

It went great! The crew showed up on time and worked hard until the thunder, lightening and heavy rain forced them off the roof. They ate lunch while waiting for the rain to subside. Unfortunately the rain continued and the crew was forced to leave, after assuring me that I would remain dry. Bright and early the next day they were back. I had some lovely trim on the front fascia of my house that was rotting and was not available locally. I feared that we were going to have to install something less attractive. However, one of the crew recommended I take some of the trim from the back of the house and move it to the front, replacing the less noticeble trim with the more basic. It was a great idea, he did it in minutes and thus maintained the facade on the front of the house. Integrity's estimate was in the middle of the companies I called. I choose them because I liked how they intended to repair and reroof. the owner's son, Sean, was my interface with the company. He was professional, articulate and knowledgable. Honestly, I hope I never need to reroof again, but I would call Integrity if I needed to, and I would certainly recommend them.
