Thomas Nadeau was prompt when arriving at our home. He brought samples of the items we were interested in. Thomas gave us a quote for all window's and mentioned less expensive alternatives that would work for window's on the side of the house. He provided a reasonable quote when promised, by e-mail and he was very professional. We selected Jacksonville Blinds and Shutters and he did a great job. Blinds, shutters and shades arrived and were professionally installed when promised. I was at work when he installed them and he left me a voicemail saying that he noticed a slight variance in shade color with one of the roller shades and he would replace one to match the other two lighter shades or two to match the darker, it was up to us. When I arrived home everything looked great. The shades were the slightest bit off. To He has re-order the two shades to match. When I asked Thomas if I could get a discount if I purchased the one he was replacing he said I could have it for one of the downstairs windows that we didn't choose to cover at that time. We also recommended Jacksonville Blinds and Shuters to our neighbors and Thomas gave us a discount on our order. I would not hesitate to recommend this company! I am 100% satisfied!

Thomas installed all my blinds and shutters in the time frame that was promised. The measurements he took were very accurate and the installed product looks great. The quality of the blinds and shutters he uses is very good.

I have come to know Thomas, the owner, and he exhibits high professionalism, great attention to detail and extensive product knowledge. Thomas is a real find! His recommendation to take down the valences alone made the rooms look so much bigger and the shutters are fantastic! He was very patient and professional in showing me samples, making suggestions, and answering all of my questions. He was punctual to all of our appointments, did the work in the house with no mess, moved furniture when necessary and made sure it was moved back, and removed old materials. I would most definitely recommend him for any window treatment.

Everything went great. Thomas showed up when he said he would, and spent time discussing with me what I wanted. He measured and ordered the shutters and door covering and told when they`d be ready. They were ready when he said they would be and he came and installed them at my convience. I liked his work so much I`m having him back to install sliding shutter doors .You can`t go wrong with Thomas.
