Fabulously! Owner Thomas Nadeau was responsive and professional. Products delivered on time and as promised. The installers Sean and Justin were great and our home was spotless after they left. We have built numerous homes and their shutters are the best by far.

Awesome! Called and spoke with the owner, Thomas. He set up a time to come over and measure my windows and provided options for what I was looking for. He certainly guided me in the right direction when it came to shutter size. Knowledgeable and no high pressure sales tactics. He ordered the shutters and they were installed about 4 weeks later. I LOVE THEM!! Thomas was absolutely right about the shutter size and Shane is a master installer. Thanks so much! I couldn't be happier!!!

Great customer service-Thomas was very helpful with selecting the right shades for our family room/kitchen that gets direct afternoon sun. We love the automated feature! Plantation shutters in our Master bedroom are beautiful. Installers were very polite and efficient. Would defiantly recommend.

Unbelievable. From the first appointment with the owner Thomas, to installation with Shawn and Justin, everything was exceptional. Quality is outstanding. Product was installed exactly when promised, they were punctual (early actually, which NEVER happens). They left our home exactly the way they found it, (again, which NEVER happens)! We did not need to lift a finger for cleanup. I will recommend this company to absolutely everyone I know. We have built 9 homes and have not had such a wonderful experience.

Had an appointment scheduled for a consultation, he never showed up or responded to my communication the day prior to confirm our appointment. I ended up using "Those Blind Guys" and couldn't be more pleased.

Thomas was excellent to do business with and the two men that did the installation did an excellent job as well. We had another firm do the same type of shutters in the past but this firm did better work for a lower price.

Tom the estimator does a great job of measuring the windows, making suggestions and recommendations, and writing up a job quote. The installers are punctual, work quickly, and clean up everything when they are finished. It takes a few weeks for the blinds to be manufactured, but once they are installed, they seem like a great value for the price I paid. Don't bother buying blinds at a big box store and trying to install them yourself. Hire Jacksonville Blinds and Shutters and let them do it all for you!

We wanted to thank Tom Nadeau and his team for the excellent job they did installing shutters on our windows in our home in Jacksonville. Thomas was very friendly and professional. The shutters were ready as promised, the installation went without a hitch, and they look absolutely beautiful!! Everything was superb! I am so grateful for Thomas' expert knowledge of which window treatments would work best for each of my windows. His experience and professionalism is second to none. I can't recommend this company highly enough!

He was very good. He was on time. His quote was good. It's just we had experience with another company that's part of a franchise. We reached out to them and just ended up going with them instead. His quote was free. He actually came out to another house and quoted me there. He did such a nice job I had him quote this house. Everything was right in line, but we just felt a little bit more comfortable with the other company because we used them in the past, and just decided to go that route. He was personable, he took all the measurements, and told us what our options were. Since I already kind of knew what I wanted I basically shared with him this is kind of what I am looking at. He showed me a couple of samples because I had two different options. It just boiled down to comfort level, but I would certainly call him again. There is nothing they could do differently it all just boiled down to price at the end of the day. He was just a little bit higher.

Their price was a little higher than the other 2 estimates that I got but I chose Jacksonville Blinds and Shutters because I had confidence that Thomas ( I believe he is the company owner) would do the job right. I am pleased to say that the quality could not have been better. One negative--When I signed the contract I asked Thomas who would do the installation and he said it would be him. However on game day Robert and Sean showed up. They were polite, professional and did an excellent job so no harm done but I still feel like Thomas should have been here as he stated. Or and least he could have called me up front and said he was sending someone else.

We are thrilled with the results. The owner came to ur home for the measure and helped us make our final decision of the best covering for our windows. We changed our minds a few times and in the end we came back to one of the original suggestions, a pleated shade. He didn't push the most expensive product, but for the best product for our needs. Installation was seamless and completed in under 30 minutes, including the programming of the remotes for the power pleated shades. We had him measure our large living room window for an additional power pleated shade, proving our immediate satisfaction.

Quality work, Thomas and crew were very prompt, courteous and the result was very good. I'd hire them again.

This company is first class from the owner to the installers. We were having major renovations performed on our home that were running behind schedule and the company warehoused our order for over five weeks. Because of the size of the order, I know that must have caused them problems, but they were very supportive our our situation. That is truly a sign of a customer focused company. The shutters look absolutely beautiful in our home.

We recently purchased a new home in Del Webb at Nocatee. Based on Angie's List reviews, I contacted Jacksonville Blinds and Shutters to install all the window coverings in the house. Thomas could not have been more helpful. He listened to what we thought we wanted and made some suggestions which improved upon our ideas. We have a large pocket sliding glass door to the lanai. Our living room was a fish bowl at night and we were at a loss to figure out how to cover it. We did not want vertical blinds. Thomas suggested two honeycomb shades with remote control. Absolutely perfect and so easy to operate. At no time did he try to sell us something that wasn't right for our home. Thomas and his assistant, Sean, are extremely accommodating. He was able to have the all shades installed the day we moved into the house. The plantation shutters took longer, but as soon as they were ready, he was here to install them. I believe in supporting local, small businesses such as Jacksonville Blinds and Shutters. The service is personalized and the attention to detail is generally far superior to national franchises. This company is exceptional in customer service. I highly recommend them.
