Description of Work: They are excellent! They did a whole house of tile. They have wonderful installers who are very courteous and on time. They were all very helpful with making the decision for what was best.

Description of Work: They have done carpet for me about 5 times. They are excellent! I have been with them for about 10 years. They are very good at doing things very quickly.

Description of Work: They installed carpet and tile. The carpet was fine but we had to bring them back twice to fix the tile. Each time, it was quite a delay. They installed tile on the bathroom walls but we also had them come back to replace the grout in the walls because the people had mixed the grout wrong. What should have been done in a couple days took a couple of weeks. They weren’t very helpful.

Description of Work: They were great. They did whole house hardwood flooring. Their installer, Rick, was a single installer of the whole flooring and he was just exceptional. He really knew what he was doing.

Description of Work: We chose our carpet and scheduled installation. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. Unfortunately, the carpet we chose had a pattern that after installation on inspection was crooked. We spoke to the installer about it and he led us to believe this was the best it could be. We contacted Stinson's and they promptly had a gentleman come out to see the situation. He felt possibly the carpet could be stretched to correct the misalignment. A new crew of installers came out soon and tried to stretch the carpet without success. The only option left was to reorder the carpet and have it reinstalled. This was done and on the second installation we were completely satisfied. We were satisfied with how Stinson's handled our problem. The one thing that was troublesome was having to move our possessions in and out of the room for the 1st installation, the possible stretching of the carpet and finally the 2nd installation of the carpet. To be fair, Stinson's did say they would move our furniture for us that we should just remove the breakables. We by choice moved our own furniture to avoid damage to it or our walls. I guess I felt inconvenienced by having to do this additional moving of furniture and maybe I expected more from Stinson's in this regard. I also found it curious that they did not contact us to see if the 2nd installation was satisfactory. We are happy with our carpet and that Stinson's did stand behind their product and installation services.
