Replaced flooring was not installed with underlayment. They clawed all the way to get a denial by my insurance to get properly replaced! Promise of service- denied!!!

Stinson Carpet One is the company I hired when I changed the carpet in my house located in Vista Lakes community in April-2018. Chris Giarolo is the salesperson there I worked with. He is very nice and very knowledgeable and helpful. After searching and contacting a few contractors, Stinson Carpet One offered the best price. They did a good job in terms of the quality of the work and also they finished the job as they promised in the very beginning. They are very professional, very polite and cleaned up after their work. I would recommend this company to anyone I know.

We purchased ceramic tile for our kitchen, carpeting for our steps and upstairs hall and bedrooms, and hardwood flooring for our living room and dining room from Stinson Carpet One. Our sales person, Chris Giarolo, was very helpful and patient during the selection process. He also scheduled the measurement and installation dates. It’s really convenient dealing with one person for all aspects of the entire job. We also had them remove the existing flooring and baseboards and install new baseboards as well. Their workers showed up on time, worked all day, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were very professional and courteous. I have had this type of work done on other homes I have owned, and I can tell you that their installation teams were the best. The big box stores can’t compete with the quality of the professional installation at Stinson. Stinson also has a wide variety of prices and selection of flooring products to compete with the big box stores. I would definitely recommend doing business with Stinson Carpet One and would certainly use them again.

Having kids and pets the carpets in the home have no chance of looking good. We went to Carpet One Floor & Home just to an estimate, on what the total cost would be for one room or maybe another room if the quote was right. Working with Chris we felt no pressure and he was very patience with us. We most had chanced our minds quite a few times concerning the prices, the numbers of rooms, or a make decision to get tile, wood or vinyl floor. To make a long story short we never even bother to waste any time with another company for a quote. And we decided to get 4 bedroom, office room, living room and kitchen with the Engineered Luxury Vinyl Plank. Our home looks great and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Chris.

I recently shopped for floor tile. Visited half a dozen stores and settled on Stinson because of their selection and customer service. Emely made me feel welcome and valued, and Todd stepped right in one day when Emely wasn't there. They were spot-on in estimating everything I'd need for the job, too... much appreciated by me and my installer. They also were the only shop that allowed me to take samples home so I could see how different colors/textures worked in my space. I recommend them without reservation!

I had damage done to my floor due to a bad storm. So the issue didn’t cause any further damage or health risk, I quickly started to shop around to have it replaced. During this time I was also handling business overseas in which required me to travel alot. So the damaged carpet needed to be replaced asap. A lot of the flooring companies could not accommodate my situation as quick as I needed it done, until I met with a sales rep from Stinson Carpet. He was very straight to the point when providing me product details and setting an appointment to have the process done that same week. The rep was very professional and respectful. The job has been completed properly in the time needed and looks great! Job well done!

Five stars on every level. If ten stars were allowed, they would’ve earned it in many ways. We removed and replaced the floors completely during our renovation of a beautiful Heathrow home. I am a perfectionist and not ashamed to admit it. Stinson met my demands for the highest quality in all aspects of the project. Mark Nelson was genuine, honest and professional from day one as our salesman and point of contact. The job supervisor Mario was equally professional and trustworthy throughout the demo and install. And the work crew were on site early every day, often working into the evening hours. Non stop. But what matters most was the quality of their work. In a word, amazing. As I said, I’m a perfectionist and this was not my first floor job. Their years of experience, attention to detail and ability to work for an entity that appears to support each other at every level (which allows them to strive for a finished product that is perfect both mechanically and esthetically) is worth every penny. And a complete floor job is not cheap, as you know. If you choose Stinson for your job, you will be completely satisfied with high-quality results. There is a reason they have high ratings. And getting one that’s truly five stars from me is not easy. Please see our attached photos to see the attention to detail and quality of workmanship. Note the trim work that went beyond any norm: tiny areas were trimmed whereas lesser companies would’ve simply ignored a one inch area. And how the area under the kitchen desk was both trimmed out and quarter rounded, where a low cost installer would’ve simply ignored it. And please note the beautiful, symmetrical alignment of the flooring, which was constantly perfected by the installers, at the expense of time, versus just finishing the job and letting the alignment fall where it may. This was a custom home with some challenging architectural angles, and getting the flooring alignment was challenging to say the least. But getting it right was paramount. I hope these pictures validate the care that went into their work. In this day and age (especially in the booming Orlando area), its hard to find true first rate workmanship. I can’t vouch for the cost of your project and how Stinson compares, but as far as project results, you will get the best. If we do another project, we would pay a significant premium so as to have them do the work, versus anyone else.

It all looks great. It seemed to take an inordinate amount of time for the company to order the tiles but once the work started, the job completed quickly. Sonny, the installer, was excellent.

He was great. He was wonderful. Very nice guy. All he came out for was just to do the estimate.

They did a great job. They were awesome, they did a great job, reasonable price. The price was very competitive. In fact, I have a three story town home and they were doing the third floor. They were able to go out and find that would and match it up, terrific job. The whole thing was amazing, the guys did great. On punctuality, they were there.

Stinson Carpet is a terrific company. The flooring we chose is a new laminate which is beautiful and durable and at a reasonable price. Chris, Mark and Sean provide excellent customer service to insure your experience is a good one. They came to our home, measured and gave us an exact quote.

Smoothly and on time. I have renters out of this home temporarily so timeliness what important.

Required constant follow up on my part to check status. No proactive communications from the company. We needed an extra box of tile. Their distributor was out and back order took months. The new tile did not match first order and what was already installed. I asked to be reimbursed for the one box (less than $60) due to quality control issues (we now have variation in tiles) and delays. They said they'd check with owner. I never heard back from them.

Very well. But not at all happy with the carpet. Its only a couple years old and looks well worn.
