Blue Horizons was founded in 1993 with a specific goal in mind. Being consumers ourselves, we always wanted to be convinced that there is a sense of confidence and security before entering into an agreement with any company. We felt the most effective way to accomplish this was to first implement a solid foundation. Integrity first and foremost should always be the most important part of any business foundation. In addition, striving to continually improve on customer communication, and a commitment to always insure a higher standard of a completed product. As a result, we are very grateful this has not only allowed Blue Horizons to excel and become a trusted name in the Central Florida community but, has also become one of the leaders in the swimming pool industry. "1. Plaster work was done poorly especially noticeable on swimout and bench area but walls and floor have some new humps. There are even some small spots where the plaster is missing but not too noticeable until you are in the pool swimming up close to the spots. 2. Plaster finish has a lot of white blotches. It kind of looks like powdered detergent poured in pool that didn't dissolve. Attached photos give an idea but it looks even worse in person. 3. Plaster splatter is on tile border, tile grout and pool deck. It is as if someone was flinging their trowel around letting some plaster spatter fly wherever it fell. We contacted the pool company after the initial 30 days and waited almost 2 more weeks for Marty (company Vice President/Salesman) to show up. He looked it over and stated that pool plaster work isn't an exact thing and that the job was acceptable. After a long discussion about the issues he finally stated someone would come out to address the issues. The only thing that was done was to repeat the high dose acid treatment like was done when the pool was filled back up. Most of the issues remain and this company doesn't seem too concerned at all. I guess quality workmanship and follow up customer service isn't in this company's interest."

MY POOL MAN'S primary focus is resurfacing & retiling pools and renovating decks. We also install both gas & electric pool heaters. We do not install solar heaters. We do not provide weekly maintenance. We only work on in ground concrete pools.
