Description of Work: My Dad's 23 year old central A/C unit finally reached the point it has to be replaced. Libby Twins initially instaled that unit in 1992 for my Dad and had maintained it ever since, but a needed part was no longer available. They also installed my unit in 2004 and continue to maintain it as necessary. Libby Twins has done all of the A/C work on my sister's house as well, and I have now been using them for about 40 years. I don't need a second opinion to check pricing when they give me a quote as I know if is fair and reasonable. And I know from experience that they do not try to sell me equipment or service that I don't need when they are called to come out and service any one of our systems. I can confidently recommend Libby Twins as the only call you need to make whether replacing or just servicing your A/C or heat pump, based on many years of satisfied service. The quality of their installation goes a long way toward making the units they install last a long time, so that is as important as offering very competitve pricing for all of their services.

Description of Work: I called Libby Twins and told them I needed to replace my old heat/ac system. An appointment was made for 11 AM on April 9, 2013. No one appeared nor did anyone call. About 1:30 PM the same day, I called Libby Twins and got their voicemail. I left a message about the missed appointment and requested a call back to set another appointment. I never received a call back and have not heard from Libby Twins since. Needless to say, I would never recommend theom for any type of service. I expected better from a company with their longevity in the area.
