"We used this company to have a completely new a/c unit and thermostat installed in fall of 2018. They were more than helpful at the time and so we called them for a return visit as our unit had been abruptly shutting off upwards of 30 times per day. They were prompt to send a technician out however that was where the professionalism met. Mike, the tech was at the house for an hour, could not diagnose the problem, and basically told us "that he had been there for an hour and he has other calls to make" he slammed the door in our faces when we questioned his inability to diagnose the problem and what our next steps would be. We ended up calling a different company recommended by the manufacturer of the A/C unit that was installed, that service call was cheaper, and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem and A/C has been running with no problems since."

"Absolutely WONDERFUL! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was as nice, and helpful as could be.. (I was sobbing when he called.. after a horrific 3 days, and coming home to my house that was 95 degrees inside) He comforted me, and reassured me they would be there, and not to worry any more. And the two gentlemen that came diagnosed the problem immediately! My thermostat wasn't working. The men changed it out, and shortly after that, my AC was blasting. I cannot thank JBC ENOUGH!"

"Josh and his team showed up on time and completed the job in 2 days. We passed all our inspections the 1st time! After the job was completed we had several hard rain storms. There were no leaks visible which makes me extremely happy. I was able to renew our home insurance without issue. Josh even helped manage the materials and return unused product to help reduce the overall materials cost estimates. I will definitely be using him for future projects."

"I strongly recommend against using this company. I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years and initially chose this company because of its strong reputation and the consistently friendly and polite staff. However, I am not sure if management or ownership has changed, as in the past 1-2 years, I’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of service. Unfortunately, recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing. The office staff has become unresponsive, rude and unhelpful. It takes them weeks to address issues now, and the current service people do not have the proper training or experience that their previous ones did, leading to several problems in my home and extensive damage. After having a new AC company come out, I discovered that during their most recent service calls, my outside unit was left clogged, despite it being checked as part of the service I paid for. Additionally, a new unit I purchased was not installed correctly. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars based on their recommendations, due to the fact that I have always trusted them and for the first 1-2 years, their service people and staff were phenomenal. This decline in service quality is extremely disappointing and frustrating especially since they were always so on top of their game and willing to help troubleshoot issues. While the service team remains polite and kind, the overall lack of care from the office staff and management is concerning. I genuinely hope the company can return to the high standards it once upheld and continue to provide the excellent service they initially did."
