Excellent service

Service was outstanding from start to finish. It has been a month since the install of my new York system with all new duct work. From the office staff to the techs everyone has been helpful with answering my questions. Nicole and Bradley kept me up to date on the process and worked with my schedule. Gilbert and Nick took their time and left my home clean. Tracy in the office has always been very helpful and went above and beyond to get Phil out to my home for an estimate. I'm so happy I made the choice to hire Corman and Sons. You won't be disappointed in choosing this company for your ac needs.

It did not go very well. I would not recommend them. I purchased a new air conditioner one year and 9 months ago and to begin with I couldn't get them to respond to my emergency call in a timely manner. The freon was leaking. Had something to do with a new coil that needed to be ordered. They have terrible customer service because they would not keep me informed of when the part came in. When I called they told me they were on the phone right then trying to find my part. And of course I got upset because no one has even bothered to contact me to let me know that it hasn't come in. But then all of a sudden another young lady got on the phone and told me she had good news that my part had come in. How can you miss a 3-ftx3 ft box. If I had not called, no telling how long it would be before they would have gotten back with me. They did come out the next day and put it in. I will have to say that. And the technician was nice. That's the only thing I could say. That was nice about them. The technician. Think twice before you use them. I had wonderful review for them when they first put in my new AC which I spent thousands of dollars. No problem with customer service just when I had a problem. Okay

They tried to keep my old PVC pipes installed. They installed the return upside down. They didn't wire correctly. I was told by another company I was sold a unit full of features I didn't need.

It turned out okay. The only thing is there is a feature which requires us to add vinegar to the system once a month and that was not explained properly to begin with so we had some problems. Now it is okay. What stands out is the fact that we did not get an instruction sheet which explains we need to add vinegar to the air conditioner. When you don't do it, it shuts down your whole air conditioning system. It happened to us once and then we had another time last year where we had it shut down, but it wasn't that. It was because they needed to get a part and it took them from Friday until Wednesday to get it fixed. It was during the real hot period of time, of course, so it was really miserable. They did not request that the part be sent overnight so it cost us another day or two. It was not handled well. Once they got the part they did it the next day. I had to pay for the part anyway and I would have paid more to have air conditioning. They did not offer me an option. It was really hot. I work from home so it was really miserable. Their pricing was fine. The quality of their work was fine except for these two little issues. We bought from them because they are a Trane dealer and we have heard so many good things about Trane. I was surprised that we had an issue so quickly. They were on time, no problem. I like the product.

My husband was in the hospital when I came home to change clothes I found a storm had come through and wiped out my AC unit and blown furniture into the lake off the dock. CORMAN was remarkable. They weren't able to have the AC unit ready for us when we came home on July 5th, 2010, so they installed a couple portable units until the unit was replaced a few days later. They were incredible!!! I would rate this company A+...and will definitely contact them for future needs. JOB WELL DONE!

They did a very good job with both of the installations. The maintenance and warranty service has gone very well since that time. They called a couple of times to make sure the appointment was set for the appointment most recently. I would use them again as they gave a good price and they are always on time. They are very professional to work as well.

They did an excellent job with the work. They came when they were needed and they were timely with the work. They were a treat to work with. The quality was very high and they were very responsive.

The service was very good. They were supposed to have of replaced an existing heating unit due to an older unit that was installed that is having a lot of issues. The Trane company needs to get back with us on replacing the unit. I wish that Corman and Sons would push the Trane Company to get the unit replaced. We paid for a good unit from a separate company and they installed a used unit.

They did a good job with the work they provided during the new home build.

The service has been great. They were really nice to work with. I have gone to the shop to pick up filters and they are always great to work with. The cost was reasonable for the system. I am still happy with the system.

After getting a $450.00 estimate from The A/C Guys, I had Corman and Sons come out and clean my system and replace a wire that The A/C Guys hadn't even found; which was the real cause of my problem.

They were very professional. The job was done within a day which we appreciated. They did a great job overall.

IT WAS FINE. THE STUFF WAS PUT IN WHEN THE HOUSE WAS BUILT. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH IT. THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND FIXED IT. THEY ARE THE MOST RESPONSIVE COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH IN A LONG TIME.
