Description of Work: We initially contacted Heron and 3 other companies for an estimate on lawn fertilizing and pest control. Of the 4 companies we talked to, these folks were the most professional by far. They were punctual, polite, well-mannered, nicely dressed and overall gave the impression that they would work hard and honestly for our business. We hired them for ongoing lawn fertilizing and pest control, and also for a termite inspection and bond. Although you will find people to do these services for less money, I am glad to say we have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood and we haven't seen a bug in our house since we started with Heron! Another wonderful thing about Heron is their follow-up. Every time we receive a service, there's a follow-up visit from a supervisor. Not just a phone call, but a visit! That's extraordinary service. And one last thing... Every Heron employee who's been to our house has been on time, polite, neat and clean -- even those who went crawling under our house and those who spray chemicals for a living. HERON IS ONE FINE COMPANY!

Description of Work: I had a problem with german roaches. After having my previous lawn and pest service treat the problem, I still had a problem. I have never had this problem before so it was disgusting to say the least. Heron came out and treated it the next day. They kept coming back and treating until finally there were no more pests. Not only that, but they treated for any other pests and they treated the yard. They were knowledgable, polite and attentive. I would definiately use them in the future. They cost a bit more then some companies, but the service is worth it.

Description of Work: $150.00 every 2 months. This is a high end pest and lawn control company. They promised a lot for their expensive service. I hired them the day I had my back yard completely redone. A mini-bulldozer cleared my land. New sod and a new irrigation system was placed. They were hired. I am very unhappy. They allowed bermuda grass to take hold and proliferate. Now a large 500 sq foot section has to be replaced. First round up has to be applied and then new sod put in. They promised in March of this year to help with the cost of the replacement. They never made good on their promise.
