Do not hire this company! Our lawn is completely destroyed! A manager came to my house and so far no resolution was offered, he completely ignores our e-mails.

Heron provides consistent, extensive pest control. They will return if the problem persists prior to the next scheduled service. They always call prior and can be relied upon to complete services as scheduled.

They are excellent, and delivered on everything they promised. Very professional and thorough. We had a horrible roach infestation, which was eradicated after two treatments. Amazing!

They are scheduled to come out tomorrow

I have a fungal blight problem that is running uncontrolled. And they are telling me not to believe My lying eyes. They are fired. I have been with them for 12 years and the last 3 years they have gone to the dogs.

This is a horrible company, higher than 14 months ago to treat my newly, beautifully sodded lawn that had not one issue my only request was that they keep me problem free, my lawn has degenerated into a scene that looks like a war took place on it, over the course of 14 months, the technician allowed weeds to take over 80% of my front and side yards, I complained throughout the year nothing was ever done to correct it, a few months ago the big supervisor of supervisors Randy got on my case,He sent the supposed specialist out, and all he did was kill kill kill all the weeds which of course left my front and side yards 80% dead, I could’ve killed the weeds myself with round up and left my whole yard dead... my point is this, I paid these people and they let my entire yard degenerate into solid weeds, have they been doing their job properly, as I was paying them to do, the weeds never would’ve gotten this bad that when you finally killed them all you’re left with no turf, so of course the big supervisor of supervisors Randy is gone, his replacement I’ve been toldHis name is Anthony refuses to call me, I have canceled my service and this company does not care they don’t care that I got them for other customers on my block which I will now switch over to whichever company I decide to go with, these people don’t care they don’t respond well, and now I have to spend probably $2000 and it is 100% their fault

Excellent service. They identify problems and address them.

Grass looks great. Old company had started to slip a little and my neighbor used Heron. Our grass looks green and healthy and the weeds are starting to die off.

Business would not refund my money for services not provided. I signed up for lawn care services end of May 2017 and the representative last name Pacherres informed me that my initial $150 fee included first two services. I received my first service on 6/19. Then I received a second service on 8/21 and was billed $80. When I called the company on 9/21 and spoke to Barbara, she confirmed I never received a follow up service and said it would be scheduled right away. When nobody had come by 10/3, I called back and spoke to Nicole, who said my follow up wasn't scheduled until 10/27. I told her that was far from "right away" as I had been told before. I proceeded to cancel the service as I was already dissatisfied because of all the miscommunication. A manager then called me on 10/22 and told me they could come out that week, I told him I had already cancelled and gone with another service, to which he replied I hadn't cancelled until 10/21. More miscommunication on their part. I received another bill for $80 and called back on 11/14 and spoke to Nicole, who confirmed I had cancelled on 10/3. I told her I was told the $150 included the first two services, I got two services and wanted the $80 cleared from my account. She refused and when I asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold and then hung up on. I called back and spoke to Jay, who also refused to refund my account the $80. I told him I was told my first payment of $150 was supposed to cover my first two services. He said it actually covers the first service and a follow up service. I told him I never got a follow up service , I paid $150 for two services and I got two services on 6/19 and 8/21. He said the second service was actually a full service and that is why I was billed $80. I told him, if the $150 included a follow up service I never got, then I should be refunded for that follow up service and he refused. I told him I paid $150 for an initial service and a follow up, he agreed and confirmed I never got a follow up, but would not give a refund for not receiving the full service that I paid for.

We have continual service with them. They come every month. I would not use them again.

It varies depending upon the technician. Most are professionals. A minority are clearly on a learning curve that is acceptable but less than hoped for. .

Irrigation, lawn and pest control - all good. Very responsive to phone requests.

Corey W. handled our last irrigation maintenance service. He did an excellent job. It was obvious from the moment he arrived that customer service is a priority for him. He didn't rush like he was just trying to get the job done so he could move on. He was thorough, and put a lot of effort into making sure all was done to not only our satisfaction, but to his own. It was apparent he has high standards for his work and service, and that he cares about making sure the customer is pleased with his work. He also went over the controller with me, answering all of my questions patiently, which I really appreciated. He made sure I fully understood the functions in question before he left. We were very happy with his work.

We have had Heron maintain our property for quite a few years now. We initially just started with the lawn maintenance as we had completely laid new sod and wanted it maintained by a professional. They've done a superb job. Even if they have been and gone, and we see some issues, all we need to do is call them and they'll come right back out and address it. We then added a mosquito service to our plan as we found that even though we didn't have laying water anywhere, we were getting lots of mosquitos (this is Florida!). So Heron runs that service for about nine months out of a year (not over winter). For the most part, the mosquito service has done what we needed it to do and if we had issues, once again they would come and check and rectify if possible. The final service we added was general pest control. Self explanatory. Their prices are reasonable (compared to other "big name" companies here in Florida) and their service is outstanding all the way from who you speak to on the phone to the technicians that come out to your property. We are in the process of building a new house and plan to have Heron come and maintain that house as well. A+++ for Heron Home & Outdoor. Thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants a service that is reliable and priced accordingly.

Fungas appears to be under control. It appears my overseed rye grass was also treated with weed killer, which I did not want.

Excellent. Yard was deteriorating and over a two year period and brought it back to good shape.

Promise to take care of yard insect and weeds. Did not happen.

Utilized their services for approximately two years. Initially weeds receded and yard looked great. Over time the weeds returned and after two years of service yard looks as bad as when Heron started the service.

Employees are always on time and courteous. A+

The lawn did not look better, but actually looked worse. I asked them yo cancel the service after 4 months, as I was not pleased...

Very well. I like the way they ring my bell and ask me if I have any questions/concerns. From my input and their assessment, they are able to meet my needs

Overall the service was fine. I had some areas damaged while I was out of town for an extended period, and before Heron took over. I really wanted to revive those areas, and Heron didn't really seem to take any aggressive steps towards helping me do that. After several months the lawn really didn't look much better than when they started. Perhaps I didn't communicate my wishes effectively enough, or perhaps the efforts with the cuts and irrigation (not done by Heron) didn't sync up well enough with what Heron was doing on the fertilization and deweeding aspect to get the desired results. At any rate, I'm hoping having a single team take care of all aspects of the lawn will work better for me.

It went well but I ended up paying for services I hadn't planned to get. Not sure how competitive their prices are. This company will definitely try to sell you as many services as possible.
