I have been very pleased.
Description of Work: We are with Heron & Pest Control for lawn irrigation. They come over time because they maintain our yard. For the irrigation and stuff like that, they come every two months or every quarter. We have different things with them. The last thing they did here was probably for the pest control I would think; they came and cleaned the outside and they sprayed.

Description of Work: I used the 'online chat' feature to talk to a representative about having someone come out and fix the leak in my sprinkler system. A tech came out to repair the leak and replace a value and he also called me to get approval to replace the rain sensor which I had suspected was no longer working. Everything was repaired by the time I got home at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone having irrigation issues.

Description of Work: Lawn analyst came to check out my lawn, was very thorough and checked out my sprinker system. Basically wanted to change out my sprinkler controller and all my sprinkler heads. I didn't want to do that. I don't know how other companies work, but they break down every part of the lawn and indoor care separately. My service is only for them coming to spray the lawn every other month for bugs and fertilize. And that is the lawn only NOT the bushes or other non-grass areas of the lawn. I think the price is very high and I only went with this company because my mowing company recommended them. Also they indicated that the price I received was a discounted price and only available if I paid the entire year upfront!
