Description of Work: CHRIS FIXED AND REPLACED CARTRIDGE AND A SPOUT IN OUR DAUGHTERS BATHROOM SHOWER/TUB. THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB. HE EVEN RECOMMENDED GETTING A STOP SCALD TO PREVENT THE WATER FROM BURNING MY 2 YEAR OLD INCASE SHE WERE TO PLAY WITH THE KNOB.WILL DEFINITLEY USE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE.

Description of Work: 2 other plumbing companies said it could not be fixed...this company said "No problem". In the middle of the repair, a torrential rain came down.I was fully prepared to hear the words, sorry, can't continue in the rain(as the repair was outside). Instead, this gentleman took a breather, waited until the rain calmed down a bit, and continued working until the job was finished. I was throughly impressed with his diligence, focus and dedication to solving my problem. VERY grateful for his work, he did GREAT!

Description of Work: Fixed toilet line leak and had to replace the sweated pipe and fittings that the toilet line fits on to. Also replaced an outside faucet that was frozen. Examined a leak in my yard at the main water box junction and recommended calling the county to fix that since it was in the box. Great honest service and nice folks.

Description of Work: He was on time, extremely nice, and explained what he was going to do and what he had done when he was finished. I would absolutely use him again. I purchased the $39 Deal. Turns out he didn't get any bit of that money. It all went to Angie's List, and the Deal was written up wrong by A.L. I felt bad that he wasn't getting paid anything for his time and effort, so I gave him $50 cash. It was worth every dollar and I would have given him more if I'd had more cash on hand. It tends to be that you can get a better deal with some of these companies by calling them directly (I got a better deal going straight to Precision Garage Doors rather than purchasing an A.L. Deal) but the companies need the customer reviews to get your business. You absolutely can't go wrong with Glenn Tatum's plumbing service.

Description of Work: My toilet was running so I purchased the equipment which needed to be replaced. They replaced everything courteously and did not try to see me something I didn't need. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: It took a little time to get him out to do the work but we he got to my house he did the work fast and clean. Would use him again.

Description of Work: The shower took two trips and the toilet leak came back with a few days. Plumber was very friendly but with the price issue I cannot afford to pay for another toilet fix for a while so it will just have to have the handle jiggled when used.

Description of Work: Installed Hot Water heater. Everything went very well. In fact the hot water heater which was purchased elsewhere was dented and Chris the installer noticed it and mentioned that we may be able to get a refund or discount from the store we bought the hot water heater from. I called the store and they gave us a discount. Chris was done installing the hot water heater in 1 1/2 hours less than the 2 hours he estimated. I used this company just a couple of months ago using Angie's special and they did an excellent job and quick.

Description of Work: I've had renters in my home for the past 3 years, it was vacant for 2 months, and I just moved back in. Two weeks back and I was in a panic and had no idea what the problem was. My entire house was backed up - every sink, every drain, every toilet! No drainage at all. I had the septic pumped in October [by another company :( ], so I assumed/hoped that couldn't be the issue. I called on Sunday late, and I heard from Chris first thing Monday morning. He realized what a situation this put me in and promised to get out that day. And he did! He probably would have rather gone home :) He squeezed in this job even though his day should have been over! He took a look around, asked me a few questions and got to work. He ended up having to dig up (by hand) a big section of my yard to get at the septic tank. He worked tirelessly as dusk turned to darkness! He gave me a few "worst case scenarios" after a couple attempts, but said he'd keep working. Turns out there was some type of blockage in the line and he got it fixed. It sounds like a simple problem...but it caused a lot of headache. I will definitely call these guys again! Hopefully next time just for a standard septic pump and not another issue! They truly care about their clients - Chris definitely went above and beyond in making sure everything was squared away and didn't give up at when the first couple attempts didn't work. I am super impressed! Thanks Chris!

Description of Work: He gutted the inside of the tank, replaced all defective parts. Removed the tank, replaced the corroded gasket that held it on to the base. He replaced the incoming water line. He replaced the badly rusted bolts inside the tank. All this was at my request. I wanted it fixed right so that I won't have trouble in the future. He showed me the problems and it was up to me what I wanted him to do. I am very satisfied with his work. He is very reasonable. Chris is very pleasant, knowledgeable and hard working. He was neat and courteous. I will recommend him to my friends and family.
