It was not a good experience. I definitely would not use that plumbing company again. It ended up costing more than I expected. They just overcharged for what they did.

Great service, problem fixed completely. Unfortunately, this provider has stopped taking customers, as we found out when we later called them for another issue.

He did a good job. He ended up doing more work for me, but it was expensive. I went ahead since it was urgent. Normally I would have gotten more quotes. As far as I know, it worked.

I noticed that the plumbing in one of my bathrooms was backing up and called Glenn Tatum. They came the next day checked my plumbing, tried to unblock the piping and determined that my septic tank was not working. They charged $80.00 for that service call including Angie's List discount, which I found quite reasonable. They called in their septic service division which came to my home the same afternoon and found that my sum pump was finished. They installed a new pump, new wiring, replaced the alarm float, and pumped the tank all in about one hour. By the end of the day both my plumbing and septic were working just fine. These guys were not cheap, but they were very efficient and I highly recommend them.

Fixed the problem i very little time

. They arrived on time, did the job quickly. Answered a couple questions I asked about possible future jobs-didn't try to up.sell me. I thought I had located a really wonderful plumber that I could count on in the future. That is until later-this townhouse in FL is not a home I am in very often-our daughter lives there full time-but isnt.Ms Handy. Later I went to do dishes and discovered that the sink has separated from the granite and has a large open gap on the same side where they just replaced the drain. They did NOT cause this problem however they did not bring it to my attention either and my discovery was to late in my visit to do anything about it -so I must return again.They knew I was there to wait on repairmen to fix the house issues (AC and electrician were also coming)-I dont know if they thought I would ask them to fix it and they didn't want to but I can not believe they didn't notice it.

He came and inspected and gave a good honest opinion that no major repairs would be needed at the time. They did not try and upsell us and looked out for ways to save cost without replacing the current disposal.

Chris arrived on time and gave a brief outline of the works to be carried out along with a very competitive price which included the Angies list discount. A very polite and knowledgeable professional, the works were completed to a very good standard. I have utilized the services of Glenn Tatum for septic works and once again the Company provided me with a very professional service. Will certainly use again.

However, he was more interested in letting us know how much it costs to run a small business and his equipment, etc. We requested an estimate which we have not yet received. Finally, when he left he requested a check for $30.00 for which we paid....however, remembering that we already paid $39.00 via this listing, we were taken and will not use this plumber. We have not received an estimate to date.

The workers that came out were so knowledgeable. They provided me with the information that I needed. It turns out we just needed to clean out the septic tank and they got on it right away the same day. Very impressed with this company.

I thought it went ok at the time, and it did as far as the completed job went, but I find out now (03/24/15) that they used polybutylene pipe to connect the faucet. Because of insurance issues I'm now having to have it replaced at a cost of around $1000. I'm told that plumbers have not used this material for a good while, and I don't understand why it was used here. I'm disappointed that a "deal" I bought turned out this way. I contacted the provider who said they no longer do plumbing. My research shows that the poly was discontinued in 1995 after a class action suit.

I awoke to NO water in my house. After checking everything I knew to check, I looked at the list of plumbers and decided to put in an emergency call to Glenn Tatum Plumbing. The responded quickly to my home in North Lake County, diagnosed the problem, got parts and repaired the problem. Chris and Glenn were responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to take care of my emergency call. thank you. I will use them anytime a problem arises and I will also refer them to my friends.

Punctual, courteous, reasonable, and everything works. Can't ask for anything more than that. I would certainly use them again.

Hard to get ahold of initially as this is a one man show, but great when I reached him.

Chris was punctual and professional. He worked with our rental management agent and they reported a very positive experience.

I was unable to use the deal. The company was outside of the service area. The deal was great, I was just unable to use it.

The plumber told me that in order to put the collars on the house he would need to take out some of the stucco to get to the water pipes. He said the hole would be approx the size of the bottom of a 2 liter coke bottle, it was actually a little smaller. He also said that in this charge of 340.00 it would include patching the stucco to make it look as close to the original as possible. After the work was finished he told my wife that he was through and she pointed out the holes in the side of the house below each faucet, he stated that I should probably fill them with something. She said that she wanted them filled so he went to the hardware store and purchased a can of spray foam to fill them with. I spoke to him after I arrived and told him I wanted the stucco put in the holes, he said he would come back the next day and do that. I also asked him to bring a cap for the sewer clean out and a flapper for the toilet that wasn't working properly. He completed the work the next day and gave my wife a bill for 140.00 for the work. The largest portion of the work was supposed to be included in the original price. He would not acknowledge that he had told each of us originally that he would fill these holes with stucco after doing the work.

After having really bad clogged sink & garbage disposal issues over several months I took advantage of a $39 special offered by this company.The service repairman, Chris, came on time, was very friendly and professional. It turned out my clogged sink needed much work. After failed attempts at trying to unclog the drains by indoor methods using several different lengths of snake, he ended up having to go on my roof a couple of times with his tools to finally be able to clear the drains. For awhile, it seemed nothing would work, but Chris expressed his determination and successfully completed the work. For the first time in a long time, my drains work perfectly. His work time was approximately 2 hours. The total bill, not including the $39 special was 297.40, however, he gave me a $50 credit in place of the $39 so my balance ended up at $247.20. ( One quirk having nothing to do with the work but was a bit perplexing so I'll note it: Each time the office called me to either confirm the appointment or inform me Chris was on the way, the caller ID read 'Federal Express'. I don't pick up calls I don't have business with &/or recognize but fortunately, I do have an account with FedEx so I picked up only to be surprised that it was the plumbing service. I could have missed the appointment. I reported this to the young lady after each call & suggested she might want to check with their phone company for an answer and resolution.)
