Description of Work: The plumber and a helper installed an under-sink kitchen water osmosis filtration system. I had ordered and received the new unit from WalMart. They removed the existing system and attached and tested the new unit. Everything went well. They explained what they were doing, asked if there was a question about how exactly I wanted the plumbing and tankage arranged and answered any questions I had with kindness. They were quick and tidy and the price was great. They removed all the pieces from the old unit and disposed of them for me. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" for plumbing service on August 20th, 2014. Even though the company (Glenn Tatum Plumbing Services) was supposed to respond within 2 business days, I did not hear back from them until August 27th, at which point they only said they would contact me "soon" to schedule service. By August 29th, 9 days after purchase, the company still had not scheduled service, so I asked Angie's List for a refund.

Description of Work: They went up on the roof and put something down the pipe to stop a noise in my sink when the washing machine was draining. They said it would cost $400.00 to rent a camera to check the drainage under the floor and that would mean ripping up my wood floors. The other alternative was to put a rest? valve under the sink. Long story short I used some liquid stuff I had purchased from hsn or qvc and guess what? Problem solved.
