Our toilet has been making a loud screeching noise for the past few months. It started doing it every once and a while, then every third time, every second time, then it was eventually every time. I did some googling and drank a pitcher of overconfidence so I thought I could fix it myself. Well, I got stuck on Step 1b so I decided to call Neil at Dragon Plumbing to see if they could come out and finish the job. The first thing he told me is that they don't install home improvement store parts because they guarantee their work and those parts aren't reliable. He then asked me a few other questions about the age of the home, the kind of sound I was hearing, and he then informed me that the toilet I have is a junk builder toilet that probably won't last much longer anyway. He then said that he can replace the guts for $185 or get me a brand new toilet for $425. Once the tech (Jason) got to our house, he confirmed Neil's suspicions, telling me that these toilets just come in a cardboard box that says TOILET in all black letters, no labels or names of any kind. He said it's no problem to replace the fluid valves but the porcelain is starting to decay so I'd only be putting off the inevitable. He then told me that they were having a sale on Toto toilets for $525 (only $100 above the standard) and that this toilet would never be any trouble. He was in and out in about an hour, work was fast, efficient, technicians were pleasant all around. I will definitely use Dragon for any future plumbing needs, they were fantastic!

Drew came out to the house and was there 4 hours getting the job done. We also used Dragon plumbing a week prior to recoonect the kitchen sink and garbage disposal. Drew also came to the house then as well. He was very professional. When I called to ask if I could get service on the day of they were very gracious and worked me in.

The repairman arrived on time and was very friendly but was unable to fix my leaky fawcett. Still they charged me $125 its still dripping. I really don't understand why they couldn't fix it. I am very disappointed.

The work was completed within about an hour and my hot water is back on.

After just moving into our home, the first time I tried to use the dishwasher it crapped out. I called our home warranty company to have them service it. As it turned out, it was not repairable. I got a nice new one through the warranty, however, I was called after I took delivery and was told I needed to find my own installer and that I had to pay upfront and get a reimbursement after the fact. They had no one in the area that would or could do the install. It was quite a headache with all of the calls having to be made for authorization numbers etc. This was needed for me to get reimbursed for the labor costs. I got on Angies of course to find a plumber to do the install. Dragon Plumbing was right up there on the list, so I called. The office manager (Jan) was extremely helpful and we were able to schedule someone in right away. I was hoping to get the tech that had been written about so highly, and lo and behold that's who showed up at my door. Jake was friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and didn't hesitate when I told him I needed him to talk with the warranty company for the approval authorization. Do not hesitate to call Dragon Plumbing. Very professional and helpful.

Everything was fine and dandy. Jason was punctual and very professional. It took Jason less than one minute to locate the problem in our master shower.... that told me a lot about his capabilities... because just the day before, a plumber from another company was at our home for an hour and a half and could not locate the problem. It seems that when our home was built (less than one year ago), the drain pipe in our master shower, which is located on the second floor of our home, was not properly installed. A larger pipe was jammed around a smaller drain pipe to close the gap. There is a small gap between the larger pipe and the smaller pipe and there is no seal whatsoever thus allowing water to leak onto the ceiling below in our breakfast area. The solution: cut the sheetrock from the ceiling in the breakfast area, remove the shower drain pipes (larger & smaller ones) and replace with shower drain pipes the proper way---the way it should have been done when the home was built. The washer drain issue: Jason used a black and white camera in the sewer drain pipes to try and determine where the problem was and did not see any issues from the sewer pipe outside our home to the street. The black and white camera is not sufficient to trace pipes from the sewer pipe to all the pipes in our home, so he suggested he come back with their color camera (an additional cost of $312.50) to investigate further. He will be returning tomorrow with the color camera. I do have one regret, I wish that Dragon Plumbing had been the plumbing contractor that the homebuilder for this neighborhood used when our home was being built. I have nothing but the highest of compliments to say about Dragon Plumbing... from Miss Jan--- who I originally spoke with when I called and made arrangements for someone to come out--- to Jason, who came Saturday to locate the source of the leak.

It was a holiday (Memorial Day). We called late in the morning. We had contacted other plumbers who were going to charge us extra or not be able to come for several days. Jake arrived shortly after lunch and was finished in time to go to his own cook-out. He was polite, quick and courteous. There was no extra charge due to it being a holiday.

Jake was great We had a problem with our guest shower in our new home. I couldn't turn it on and we needed the shower head replaced. He was always respectful and asked before he did anything that would affect the bathroom. He replaced the faucet and shower head in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. We will definitely be using them again.

My husband had attempted to fix two leaking faucets that had been leaking for some time. We finally broke down and called a plumber (Not Dragon Plumbing). I did not have a good feeling when the plumber arrived and started working. The first attempt was on the kitchen faucet. He worked unsuccessfully to unscrew a vital piece of the faucet and after about 30 minutes of doing the same thing over and over, he pronounced the faucet's screw threads were stripped. Next he started on the bathroom faucet. After at least 20 minutes, he pronounced that the "collar" on the faucet was also stripped and he could not remove it without busting the fixture. After watching this plumber spend so much time doing the same thing over and over with no results, I just kindly told him to go. He was in our house for about 55 minutes. Then we called Dragon Plumbing. (Looking back, I feel when Jason arrived, it was just like Super Man coming to the rescue). He got right to work and had the unscrewable screw off in about 5 minutes! (Oh joy!) The kitchen faucet was completely fixed and "ready to go" in a short time. Next he tackled the bathroom faucet. Here he met a big, big problem. But with his knowledge, a good assortment of plumbers' tools, and some hard work, Jason successfully completed the job...and we did not have to get new fixtures. Jason was out of the house in less than an hour. Amazing!

I always make comparative bids for price and service and Dragon Plumbing was the best at both. I made 4 comparative bids. A very nice lady gave me a quote over the phone and it really did cost that much after installation. The plumber came out at a convenient time and did a great job. I used Dragon Plumbing about 5 years ago for an emergency leak, which I thought would cost hundreds of dollars, but it didn't. We all know how nice of a surprise that is, especially when it comes to plumbing. I was happy to see them on your list. Dragon Plumbing deserves an A+!!

My overall experience with them is very good. Their price is a little bit higher than normal but they were able to complete their job well.

Jason was on time and proceeded with repairs in a timely fashion, He worked in a very diligent manner and cleaned up before processing the bill.

Dragon Plumbing did an outstanding job. They were responsive in setting up the appointment. The technician, Jason, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The repair work was finished quickly and correctly with no issues remaining after he was done. The pricing was competitive and I will definitely call them again the next time I need a plumber.

The repairs went smoothly and we were able to ask about other items which the previous owner had modified. These items were also taken care of quickly and professionally. It turns out that the toilet itself was cracked and had a leak which was not visible. This was not something I think Dragon Plumbing or the repairman could have easily found. We did have to replace the entire unit.

The plumber was prompt and took care of the work needed. He was courteous and Dragon Plumbing was very easy to do business with.

Jason arrived on time and was very professional. Fortunately, my plumbing problem turned out to be something simple. Jason also gave me a few tips that would save me money in the future. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

I have used them and they are terrific. They have done a garbage disposal, a couple of toilet repairs and some leaky faucets. Their prices are reasonable. I would recommend them. They are good.

Very well. Very professional, patched and painted drywall to where it was not even noticeable after repiping.

They were excellent. It went very well and they did a very good job. They worked out very well. They cleaned up perfectly and took away everything they needed to. They were on time and called when they were on the way. They arrived on time and finished on time. There were no surprises. The first time they came they charged $200 and it was a very good price. The second time they charged $700.

Dragon Plumbing sent out a great plumber immediately. He checked all faucets and toilets. He realized the manifold would have to taken apart piece by piece to dislodge the cement. He very thorough and meticulous in opening every branch of the manifold and fabricating his own tools to dislodge the cement. It was a bit time consuming, but he explained every step to me and didn't mind as I peered over his shoulder to watch him work. He did a great job.

On time, polite, great service, but a little pricey.

He arrived early and completed the work quickly. We called on Friday and they came on Tuesday AM.

HE SHOWED UP AS PROMISED. HE CLEANED UP WELL. THE REPAIRS WERE DONE VERY WELL. THE PRICE QUOTED WAS PROMISED. THE WORK WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. THE JOB WAS DONE THE WAY I WANTED.
