Description of Work: I had a plumbing emergency. It was a leak from my hot water heater. I called Dragon they told me what to do so I didn't have to pay an emergency fee. The next morning they came within five minutes of when they made the appointment and fixed the leak. It took less than 30 minutes. I've used Dragon before, I have always been satisfied, but this time they went above and beyond.

Description of Work: I had a leaky toilet and instead of him charging me for a part, he told me to find it myself. He ended up checking out the toilet. They were ready to order the part which would have been expensive for me.
