Description of Work: The contract called for 7,000 sqft of sod, several plants, mulch and a 6 zone irrigation system. They took out the old sod and used a bobcat which mage ruts in the yard. I was told don't worry they will take care of it. Before they laid the new sod they did not level the yard very well. After laying the sod I expected some unevenness but I uneven areas varying over 4 inches with gape in the sod of over 5 inches. The irrigation system was to supply water to all new plant areas. This was not accomplished. I have plants that do not get any water. They also killed on of my Camellia bushes which they had knocked down and took to long to re plant. Clean up was poor to be kind. They hid trash behind the shed and other places. They sodded over open irrigation trenches. Trying to contact Rodney who was my only contact was almost impossible. Only after several tries and days did he return my call. He would send a person out to fix the problem but I had to show him the issue. Complete lack of supervision on the companies part was the main problem I feel as I was not the supervisor yet that was the position I felt put in at times. Had I known now the quality of workmanship I would not have used this company. On the positive side Rodney did provide a great landscape design with a variety of plants. It was the follow through were they failed.

Description of Work: Accurate Pavers installed 18 tons of river rock - it was messy but overall the clean up could have been better but for the most part it was acceptable - the workers were very cordial and worked very well. We also had 1040 sq. ft. of pavers installed after accurate pavers removed our wood deck. We are very happy withe the results and thank Rodney for the help in choosing which pavers, my wife is very pleased with the results on both projects - Clean up is again always the most difficult - but all in all the amount of work involved and the results of the finisished work are very much worth the end result - Thanks again Rodney and we look forward to working with you and Accurate pavers in the future.

 + 1 moreI just moved into my new home in Winter Garden FL and after almost 4 years of no one in the house taking care of the front lawn, there wasn't much of a lawn speak of (mostly sand and some scattered weeds). I did some price quotes with and without installation for St. Augustine sod from a number of companies when I came across an ad with an impressive price per sq ft from Accurate Pavers and Landscape. I called the number listed and a very polite and professional secretary set me up with an appointment for the same day for an estimate. Rodney came out promptly and was very thorough but quick in his surveying the lawn and square-footage. We then sat down and he gave me the best quote I had seen to date and even broke down all the costs for me to compare. 2800 sq ft for under $1600 with installation! Other places would've charged me almost that just for the sod! We set up an installation date for a couple of days later and the sod was delivered almost immediately. On the morning of installation the crew showed up promptly and began work with a fury. They did such an excellent job, and extremely fast! I was so impressed with the level of service I got, the professionalism, the speed, and of course, the price! I can't recommend them enough. If you are looking for the best service, quality, work and price for your lawn, just give them a call! You will be happy!
