He showed up at the schedule time and made quick work of the repair. He asked a question or two for clarification, nice, and did a quality job.

He called to verify the appointment which was the next day, but said he was in the area and if we were ready for him to do it, he could stop over in 30 minutes. Cool! We got it done a day earlier than we anticipated. He showed up and was all business. Was totally focused on the job at hand, and the three areas needing work were on three different levels of the house, so he was up and down the stairs a lot. Cleaned up after himself and even offered to help put back the piece of furniture that had to be moved. The seams and patched area look perfect. Highly recommend.

Steve was very good at communicating with us about replacement pad sizing and the timing of the work. He was punctual, and did a great job repairing the seams. This was a very cost effective way for us to fix the carpet.

Professional, good work and great price

Steve was good about communicating and confirming by phone. He arrived right on the dot. Very organized and efficient. He stretched a very large carpet area from the entry way in. I was quite frankly amazed that he was able to get all the folds out. He also wound up patching 2 small areas for us because the remnant I had did not match the spot I needed patched. So, he took a small patch from a closet that did match and used that. Then he took the remnant I had and patched the closet area. Quite frankly, his job was a work of art. The man really knows what he is doing. Even though the work was worth more than the Angie's List deal we purchased, he only charged $20 more. Highly recommend!

The service went fine. One technician came out and completed the work in about an hour or so. He did an okay job. He took out a piece of carpet and replaced it with a new piece. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

The experience I did have with him over the phone was great, I am just not sure he can do what I need him too.

We recently listed our home for sale and needed to have a wrinkle removed from the carpet in the hallway going from our master bedroom to our master bathroom. Steve was outstanding. I called him on Tuesday and he was able to come out on Wednesday. He was very prompt and professional - he called when he was on his way to our home. Steve went right to work - and was in and out in less than an hour. The carpet looks great! His rate was great and he was spot on in estimating that given our description of the work it would likely only take an hour or less. This job was not very large and unlike other companies I called he was very fair and not trying to over charge. I will definitely recommend him and will definitely call him again if we have any other carpet issues.

We had media cabinets installed and needed someone to cut carpet that was pulled back, re-stretch and secure, and tuck under cabinets. Steve contacted us within minutes and completed the job same day just a few hours later. Great service and looks nice. I would use them again.

Excellent! Steve was prompt, communicated when he would be there, and did a fantastic job blending the new carpeting into the old carpeting. I couldn't tell where he seamed the material and it blends right into the existing carpeting. No one would ever know that the carpet was replaced in this area. His price was reasonable, and he worked to find a slot that he could fit me in.

It went well. Steve was on time. He seemed nice and was very helpful. He fixed the carpet where it joined from my kitchen to porch, kitchen to living room, bathroom to hallway, bedroom to hallway, and others. It was damaged by cat scratches and puppy chewing. It looks awesome. Can't believe I lived with it all chewed up for as long as I did! For not a ton of money, I've resolved an issue that has been bugging me for years. Would definitely use Steve again, assuming he is willing to come back. When he arrived he seemed very laid back and friendly....but something happened over the course of the job, not sure what. Maybe he got a call to go to another job? Maybe the carpet was too icky? (clearly I have pets and they have done multiple types of damage....not pleasant to work with I'm sure). Either way, about halfway through he went from "helpful, friendly, and nice" to "in a hurry to leave and somewhat irritated". Regardless, I would definitely call him back, assuming he'd be willing to come out. He did a great job and I'm very happy with the results and the price!

His follow-up was prompt, he showed up on time, finished the job with quality work and was polite throughout. Not much more you can ask for!

This was an Angie's List Big Deal. I called and left a message during the day. Steve responded right away that evening and came out and did the repair the next day. Wonderful service. Repair is good. Not a talkative guy, but got right to work and did a great job.

Steve normally just does repairs, but agreed to do this small install job. I did all the removal to save some cost, and he did the new install. It is perfect, no complaints, and Steve was courteous, professional and on time.

We installed our own living room carpet awhile ago, but never appropriately finished the edges next to our tiled kitchen floor. Steve quickly and neatly finished that, added a metal strip at the entrance to our bathroom, and secured our loose DIY carpet on the stairs. His price was competitive, the work was satisfactorily done, and we would definitely call on him again, as well as recommend him to others.
