It couldn’t have been better! Steve was great. He was repairing carpet which my cat had destroyed. He explained what he could do and did an incredible job. The patch that he put in blended right into the existing carpet. I would highly recommend him. He is extremely knowledgeable in the world of carpets!

We had someone else quote a ridiculous price. Then we did a little more research and found Steve. He came out the next morning, quoted a range that was way lower, then finished the job fast to come in at the lower end of the range. He had to do all sorts of stuff to get the cart to lay right (cutting, stretching, nailing, re-seaming, etc.) It came out perfect and he even found a spot we missed and got it done in a few minutes. Thank you Steve!!

It went really well he was able to get 3" off of my carpet in my upstairs family Room. We also asked him to recarpet our stairs and they look brand new. I would definitely hire him again for all my carpet needs.

It was a challenge to reinstall because I damaged the carpet edges when I cut the seams (for removal). Steve did a nice job trimming off the rough edges and making the seam invisible again.

Steve arrived at the earliest time in the range he provided over the phone. He had informed me that a hallway, due to the possible number of seams in doorways, could take longer than an hour to repair, and I agreed to pay for additional time if needed. He soon found staples from the previous correction of the initial installation. Steve was still able to complete the repairs within an hour, so there were no additional charges.
