EXCELLENT! Steve got stains out that I thought were permanent!

He didn't' talk very much and I didn't talk very much. He was short didn't give more than one sentence. The work was okay. ALl he did was pull it over and tighten it and put it back in. It was 30 to 45 minutes. I asked questions but he didn't answer. I won't use them again. He was late but said he was stuck in traffic.

He was great. He came back when it dried a few days later and secured the carpet. He was very good. It was very reasonable for what he did. I was very pleased with him. It was well worth it, he did what he said he was going to do. He was going in after a waterproofing job that we had had done and they made a mess. As he was working he did a lot of tidying up behind them and we really appreciated his help because you don't want to put carpet and pad down and have chunks of loose concrete under it. He brought in his own shopvac, he was very efficient. He was very professional and I would certainly recommend him and we would certainly call and have him back. He had to put down the tack strip, he also had to put down new pad, he also had to do some patch in in a room where we had a counter that came out and there was nothing under it so we had to cut carpet fortunately we had so that he could use to patch but you can hardly tell he patched it. He did such a nice job on that. In addition, he bagged us all the old pad that had to go away and put it in the trash. He just was very professional.

Went well. He appeared to know what he was doing. Didn't say much, just went about doing the work. Appeared to rather not have me watch him.

Turned out great. Steve got to our home on time and completed the job in about 25-30 minutes. The seam is only noticeable if you are looking for it . Would highly recommend him.

As well as expected. It is very difficult to repair berber but they did a good job with what they had to work with.

Very well. Steve was punctual and friendly. He worked quickly and answered any questions I had. I am alone and because I was having a realtor coming to the house the same day I needed the furniture back in the room right away. Though he normally doesn't move furniture in and out of the rooms, he kindly helped me move a heavy bed back into the room.

Outstanding, on time, good communicator, highly skilled, efficient and skilled We had thought the entire room would need to be recarpeted, but Steve is talented at his craft. We paid 75.00 for the repair. No one wants to repair carpet, but if needed, I would not hesitate to use his service again.

I paid $99 online for an hour's worth of carpet repair and Steve arrived promptly and finished the job in just under an hour. He was fast and professional and afterwards, you could never tell that the carpet had been replaced. It looked perfect. Highly recommended.

Steve came in and replaced the pad and relaid the carpet. Looks like nothing ever happened.

the service was excellent. He arrived early, went right to work and had both jobs done in under 1/2 hour. I'm grateful to have found a repairman who was willing to do the small but necessary jobs.

He was quick, efficient, and came over right away.

He did excellent work and I have no complaints. I paid for the $75 for an hour of carpet repair and he brought padding to put down since I didn't have that. He only charged me $20 additional for the padding and 15 minutes of extra time he worked. I marked a 4 for professionalism due to the fact that the room which he repaired the carpet was in a finshed basement with concrete under the carpet. He mentioned that I should track down the previous owners to see if the carpet had a warranty as the areas around where he replaced the carpet the glue had not stuck and he commented that if they used the same glue on the rest of the basement that I was going to have problems. The sellers of the home moved to California and I never met them. So far several months later there are no issues with the carpet. It would have been nice if he had spent a little more time talking to me about the possibility of regluing the carpet, should it be needed. I felt like he didn't need or want the work and now I'm left to worry about whether my new carpet is going to come up.

Steve showed up as planned and got to work immediately. He indicated the carpet is ready for replacement and asked if he should go ahead with the work. I wanted him to use the existing carpet and so he started on it. He answered all my questions and was very reasonable. After about 2.5 hours he was done and he actually charged exactly for the time he worked. He was also very quick with his work with minimal talk and distractions. Very dependable and professional. I will definitely call him again for any carpet repair needs.
