Description of Work: BOught a visit on a special for carpet repair. Arrived at home and walked into house and through carpet with wet shoes on - did not remove when came inside from wet/snow. Looked at area needed repair, and offered only one repair where he assured repair would be very noticeable as having been repaired - did not attempt to stretch or find alternatives. Brought in a reputable second carpet expert who performed the repair with precision and expertise far beyond our expectations. I wasted $75 on this guy, and only received a dirtier carpet for the expenditure! Would never call again!!

Description of Work: Repaired a small area on a step that had been damaged by a cat. He cut out a larger area to replace, which was approved by me. The line/cut-in made by new carpet could have been straighter - does look a bit 'off' because of it. Patch carpet is new and the difference between old and new carpet can't be helped.

Description of Work: Expectation setting could have been better. I had moved furniture and understood more could be done under the time covered with the coupon. we ended up fixing one small section of stretched carpet. It was a good job but had hoped for more or at least setting better expectations on what would be accomplished
