Steve was very careful. He came out prepared to do the work two weeks ago but found the carpet pad was damp under the carpet I needed reset. He was concerned I may have a warranty problem with the drain tile work that was the reason the carpet had been pulled back. He suggested I have the water seepage contractor come back before he reset the carpet. He also alerted me to the fact that they may want the tack strip glued rather than nailed in order to preserve my warranty. After I had the water seepage folks back out and had their sign off on putting the carpet back down, I called Steve again and he was able to fit me in very quickly. The work was fast, very professional and very well priced. Steve was awesome. Highly recommend.

Great. Steve arrived when he said he would, finished the job in the time estimated, and did a very professional job. You can't see where the old carpet and new carpet meet. The price was as quoted - approx $65 for labor and $5 for extra carpet pad. Felt this was extremely reasonable.

Steve called before coming out, was early and did the job quickly and professionally. Great experience!!

I would highly recommend him. He make you feel very comfortable with everything. He is someone that you can trust being in your home. One of the biggest things I think about when hiring someone Is, would I feel comfortable having them in my home. Steve by far exceeds all of my expectations.

Steve was prompt and efficient I am pleased with his work.

I had pulled carpet about half way back in a 16x12 room to install some drain tile. I had Steve come out to re-install the carpet after the construction work was done. Setting up a date was a breeze and he was able to come out the next morning. He was right on time at 8am despite the April snowstorm overnight. He was was extremely quick with his work, and was done in about 15-20mins, and the job was done well. I would highly recommend Steve for any carpet repair or re-stretching jobs.

Steve first came in March to re-stretch 2 rooms. Then about 10 days later to do another room and repair 2 areas, and install new carpet in hall and stairs. He returned to finish the last room and closet on April 11. All rooms were seamed with the new hallway carpet. .All this was done as work progressed from room to room. The repairs look amazing as well as the seams between the rooms and the new hall carpet. He does fast and excellent work at a great price.

Had worn end on carpet where adjacent to tile from pets and children playing. On time and quick work. Very satisfied with the work completed and would use again.

I called Steve a few weeks before to check availability and pricing. He said he would be willing to come out whenever I called and would have materials on hand to work that day. He was able to give accurate pricing over the phone. On the day I needed the carpet fixed he came out within a few hours, worked quickly to seamlessly patch an area where the carpet had been cut back too far and stretch the rest of the carpet up to the newly installed cabinets. It looks great.

He worked quickly and overall did a very nice job. The only thing I noticed was that on the vertical portion of one of the steps, the carpet seems to not be completely flush. When you push on the carpet there, it flexes and gives, and generally has a different "look" than the other steps.

Steve responded promptly to my call and was able to arrange an appointment around my schedule. He was curteous, thorough, and got the job done quickly.

Steve quickly responded to my phone call to his voicemail, and made an appointment to come out and see our carpet problems the next week. He got 5 different areas fixed in a very short time, and we were very pleased with the quality of his work. We will definitely use him again to fix our lower level carpets.
