Description of Work: Ordered a $49 Comprehensive Tune Up in 6/11/15. They went out but never get back to me regarding the tune up. I knew there are a couple of bad sprinkler heads and called back in late Sept. They didn't have any info and had to send someone else out and said 4 was broken. They then came out and do the work for an additional $122.50. However, my tenant complaint and sent pictures of sprinkler heads still not working.

Description of Work: They were punctual & professional. There was a significant amount of weeds and the lawn was stressed. They applied weed killer and fertilizer... The grass does look healthier; however, there remains a number of weeds on the periphery... | |In fairness, I will have them return one more time in order to get a better assessment of their effectiveness.

Description of Work: They dug up and straightened sprinkler heads plus replaced one broken head. They also tested and adjusted the spraying patterns for optimum coverage finally, they adjusted my sprinkler control box and set my spraying times.

Description of Work: Requested a quote for hedge rows, approximately 100 plants. Quote was provided with no details on scope of work, just price of each plant installed. I had to ask the company if there was prep work to cut beds, etc. Basically tell them how to do the job properly. After a few more emails, the quote had doubled. Why would a landscaping company assume I wanted a crappy install job on the cheap when they never asked my budget? I want a quality job and am willing to pay for it done right. That makes me suspect poor work from this company. I went with another company.
