Mangers Chris & Will are very responsive to all of our requests. They know our property & our preferences. Good communication. This is important to good customer service.

I wasn't too thrilled about it. More or less he is telling me what I need to spend. The problem is I asked the guy how long he'd been doing that and he said 20 years and said to myself you need another 20 years. It didn't look that great professionally. You have to come to the house with the right tools and he came here in a car that barely got here.

Just moved into a new house (to me)and the sprinklers were not working. Looked to me like the electronic box worked fine, just no water. Made an appointment for a checkup. Tech was courtious and prompt. He told me the sprinkler electronics were nearly new, but my pump was missing! I did not realize that I had a dedicated well for the sprinklers...good news on my 1.5 acre lot! In just 2 business days, the tech returned and installed the pump and plumbing as well as tested the system. Worked great! I now just need to replace a bunch of heads, which I do not mind doing. Very impressed with everything so far. In fact, I am now getting a quote to have them remove a couple ruts in my yard that the Sears delivery man left! Btw, I did not find Sears on Angies list! The tech, Antwon was very knowledgable and courtious. Will definitely use them again!

They showed up after 2 calls to get them to reply after using Angie's List messages. When someone finally showed up, he was shown the property & left to work up an estimate. That was 4 & 1/2 weeks ago. To this day, no one has yet to contact me back. Not by phone, mail or Angie's List message.

The technician went into my yard and immediately found a leak... tiny bubbles coming up in the soil. I'd have never spotted that! Unfortunately, I still have a very high water bill and my leak may be beyond their ability to find it. I am looking for a leak specialist now. The technician was very professional and very helpful! He explained where the leak was coming from and how he was going to fix it. There was another leak that he didn't fix. He came back and gave me a break on my bill for not fixing the other leak. Very fair.

As always Steve is on time and very professional. Even cleans up after himself. Always very reasonable on price and craftsmanship is very good. Whenever I have a project I will call Steve.

Everything went as planned. Intalled mulch and gravel around the house

I had to call three times before Will finally called me back to set up an appointment to go over what I needed. It took them a week to give me a estimate and it didn't even have the clean up on it. I called to schedule the clean up the left a message saying they would be out Thursday August 27th to do the work. I called back to confirm and then since there was so much work I assumed they would be there 1st thing I called three times and sent a message in their website. No one called me back then I called at 11:30 after waiting all morning and they said they would be there at 1pm I rushed home at 1 they called me said they were on there way at 2:15 they showed up and by then it was raining. They had no idea the scope of the job stayed for 45 min and said they had to come back in the morning. They showed up at 9:30 and by 10:15 were on break . When I called Chris to see what was going on he was not apologetic or concerned at all. Then I had been growing creeping fig up the side of my house for months and they cut it off half way down the wall. It's looks horrible! When I told Chris he was just silent and really had nothing to say about the mistake. I left to run a few errands got back at 3:00 my kids who got home at 1:30 said they were already gone. They left there clipping everywhere didn't complete over half the work I hired them to do! I have no idea what they are going to charge me but told Chris to charge me for the very few hours that they were actually working and I would get someone else to complete the job. He again was not concerned at all that I was upset and said ok I will send you an invoice.

I did not go. They never called or came by to do the estimate we requested.

Ben was on time, cordial, and thorough. He proactively advised us about a few issues he noticed creeping up on the lawn and gave us recommendations on how to address them. We are thinking of hiring them for our regular service. Great Job.

Provider was supposed to perform an irrigation tune-up. The provider never showed and never called to explain. We called back and arranged a second appointment. They were supposed to show up in the morning. I called around 9:30 am to ask where the technician was. We were told by the office that he was scheduled to arrive. He never showed up all day. Of course, we will never use this service for anything. It's kind of a shame as we need more than a tune-up. We need to have our timer replaced and we have a shallow well and need a pump hooked up to that so we can run the irrigation with that well and not our home water. That business will not be going to Maintain Landscaping -- because they are not reliable. If they cannot operate a telephone, why would I consider them to do more complicated work. All F's for this bunch.

We did have some scheduling issues at first but once we spoke with the manager he took care of us, once the tech came out he was very knowledgeable about the old system in the home we purchased, the second time around he did show up on time and performed the job very well. He replaced the sprinkler took the time to take them all out of the dirt and made sure everything was working properly. Would use them again.

Our service began well, with very prompt and professional interaction. A note was made of the areas of specific concern for us. In truth, each time we need to contact someone, they are very professional and polite to deal with. Unfortunately, there seems to be a disconnect between the verbal service and the actual lawn maintenance taking place on our property. The main problem seems to be related to crew turnover, which means each employee has a different approach and skill level. As soon as we're able to speak with the person we think is servicing our yard and he understands our needs, there's a different person the next month. The inconsistency with skill levels/specialties became evident as one individual was barely trimming our mature topiaries, then another came and butchered one of the two, cutting away an excessive amount on the Left topiary. It was cut back to twigs only. We had the SAME experience with our jasmine trellis - it was being trimmed as needed for 2 months and then a new person serviced us and it was excessively chopped back. Another big concern is our porch area under the trellis. It has been left a mess each time we receive service. The area is not blown off and there is debris (sticks and twigs) left everywhere. After cleaning our roof off last month (which we DID appreciate) they unfortunately blew all of the debris down on top of our bushes, pavers, patio and walkway. It looked like a hurricane had come through! My husband called and asked that they please come back and clean up the debris. The gentleman he spoke with was again very professional and polite, however, the debris was only partially cleaned. I collected two large piles myself and it still seems to be a problem. ** We certainly do not expect to clean up after our weekly yard service, that rather defeats the purpose of paying for full service lawn maintenance. We sincerely hope there will be some consistency with our maintenance crew and they will become more attentive to details. We were optimistic about long-term service with Maintain.

They did a nice job on fixing whatever broken heads we had and made sure it evenly sprayed throughout the entire yard by checking it before they left. They took their time and we liked that.

Said they were too busy for me. A good sign I guess.

Supervisor who was supposed to be conferring with me on landscaping had to take the first spray shift because of missing technician, and so missed the consultation appointment. Some confusion there about my appointment. But all workers have been polite and pleasant, and so far the lawn looks good.

He measured the yard areas,listened to my plans, ideas, sent a quote about 4-5 days later,but I had to call him twice to remind him to send a quote and get answers to the questions. I decided not to have the work done as yet.

The tech came and I showed him my concerns, he then did his own evaluation and gave me his recommendations. He repaired everything at that time.

Great. On time. Yard looks wonderful.

They provided weekly lawn maintenance.

These guys did a wonderful job! They first marked ALL my in-ground sprinklers before starting. They removed old sod and leveled the yard. Then they installed new sod. I requested that they use Palmetto, and they were happy to oblige, even though this cost more. They cut out around my trees and shrubs carefully and neatly. After installation, they then cutout holes for my sprinkler system. They then tested this to make sure it all worked. The lawn looked excellent from day one. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any lawn replacement. BTW, they did such a good job, I have hired them to do my regular lawncare. They do an excellent job here as well.

Major yard cleanup - palm trimming, major leave removal, weeding, trimming of ligustrums, bouganvillas, etc. The crew was great, and would definitely use them again!!!
