They were servicing my daughter's home so I asked them to give me an estimate on redoing my tired out backyard. Someone came out the next day and helped me layout what I imagined in my head. The pricing was very reasonable and work was completed rather quickly. The crew seemed to be very thorough and knowledgeable. They cleaned up well after the job was done and I'm very satisfied with the results.

Actually at the beginning such as any company wanting business, they were trying to please. I signed on for a contract that included monthly fees for annuals, mulch, irrigation, chemical shrub spraying and chemical lawn maintenance. Those extras never occurred on a regular basis and my yard is suffering as a result. Some of the shrubs are in distress and the lawn is yellowing. They never adjusted the sprinkler system and charged me almost $400 for new sprinkler heads which I really didn't need. The crew does come promptly each week and they are great for a mow, blow and go operation, but cost more than most lawn maintenance crews charge for these basic services. But dependability matters to me and they are better trained than most other weekly lawn services, so I would recommend them.

We started in Feb 2014. New beds were planted without removing the old mexican blue bell hedge. There now the blue belles growing in with new shrubbery. The hedges were planted without water; although a hose was available and the sprinkler system had beed updated for the new planting that sat there for 3 days in 90 degree weather and had to hand water each plant as they were starting to show signs of stress. The communication was so bad I had to spell it out in email and text messagesl. When things weren't done as we had talked; I was able to refer to these emails and messages. On several occasions I tried to involve the owner as I wasn't sure if was he was aware how poorly his company was performing. I never had a conversation from the owner. I have had several people ask who did the yard and told they DO NOT want to deal with this company. I am in no means a Master Gardner but I love gardening. I could only imagine how the average Joe's yard looks after they slap on the grass and move on. I wasn't letting them do that to me. It was very frustrating process as I moved here from California and the climates are so different. I didn't have worry about bugs or mold, fungus, crazy weeds.I sought to Maintain Landscaping's expertise. I believe I have more passion for landscaping than Maintain Landscaping does. I just got the feeling they didn't care by their lack communication, punctuality, and not trying to educate someone who really wanted to learn. There are too many other landscaping companies pass on them

They did great. They are regular. Whenever I need them, they come out. I like their reliability of getting things done.

I have used Maintain for multiple services before and have always had good experiences. This project did not go well, but they ended up correcting the issues. Our original estimate was from 2012 and we just decided to finally do the project. The original estimate was created by an employee who is no longer with the company. Turns out, the estimate was off by about $1000. I was not made aware of this fact until I received the invoice, I was understandably upset but the issue was corrected by Will, operations manager. The project also took a lot longer than expected, so our irrigation was not running for a few weeks. Will has earned our trust from previous projects, so I am able to overlook the problems on this project and move on.

It went okay. Their attitude to get it right stood out about them. We were satisfied with the work they performed.

Loved the results of the landscaping update. They were competitively priced and very professional. Will was great and was able to execute a design that surpassed my expectations. I was so satisfied with the results that I had them continue on as my lawn and landscaping maintenance service.

Quote visit went very well and gave the impression that they'd do a quality job. The price was fair with no issues about showing up when promised. Disappointment with quality of work. They didn't put a tarp down to collect the dirt and rock dug up from around the pool. We ended up with a lot of dirt and rock in the yard near the work site. The digging area was handled with guess work without using measured lines or guide strings to show where rock bed would be. They drove the heavy truck across side yard even after asking them to not do so because of ruts it would leave in the yard - which it did. They did come back for a second time to fix issues from initial installation. Overall got the work we needed done, but not sure I'd use this company again.

They were very good. They went there on their own time I left the gate open and they did what they were supposed to do and then when I told them to do extra stuff the only thing they didn't do which I understand I wanted the neighbors tree, which was hanging over my roof and I was afraid the branches is going to break and they said they couldn't do that, which I understand, which is neighbor's tree and they probably didn't want to mess with that. They were very professional. The people that did the lawn were totally different from the office people I made a contact with the office person and she told me how much and I told her please send a receipt and she did and I called her back and I told her that they had to go back and lawn people I guess they have their own truck so she called them on the phone and then they go back to where they are and that is is all they do and I guess they just go around and do yards. They were very nice and very prompt and they did it nice. I actually never met the people that did the yard, but they did a good job. The price was good. I would use them again.

They were very professional, and did a great job. They showed up when promised, performed the work as agreed, and we were very happy with their service. I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. Their rep came out to the house, then provided an estimate via email. We communicated through email to move forward on the job. My only criticism would be that we did not confirm the time/date for the job. I came home the very next day from agreeing to the job via email to find the guys delivering the mulch and ready to work. The guys were incredibly professional, walking the yard with me to get exact direction on where I needed mulch spread. They did a fantastic job and our yard looks great! I would use them again and recommend them with enthusiasm!

Initially, a phone call was made to set up an appointment to formalize a contract. Spoke with the contractor via the phone/person and proceeded to agree upon/formalize a contract. The contract was sent via e-mail and regular mail. All matters regarding service in writing.The service went well for the first 3 months, but unfortunately took a turn for the worse the last 3 months. Again the contractor was spoken to over the phone/person to no avail. No resolution was offered to remedy the situation, nor were any monies refunded. A credit card number was given out to help expedite matters of payment. All payments for services were paid promptly in full within 3-5 days of processing the card. One would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for dependable service and ethical work practices.

Maintain Landscaping is a truly professional company. They are always responsive & accommodating. Their work is always top-notch. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We contacted a number of firms to discuss the work that we wanted done in the back yard. Doug from Maintain came out and met with us twice to look at the yard and help determine what needed to be done. He brought a great deal of expertise to the job but listened closely to what we wanted to do and then came up with a fair price compared with the other bids we received. The work was accomplished across two days. Each day Doug and the crew arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently. The sod that was installed was high quality and has rooted well. One point in Maintain's favor compared to other contractors was that they laid a plywood path through the side yard and then used a motorized "power buggy" to transport the materials to the back. As a result the impact on the grass in the side yard was minimal and two weeks later it was completely back to normal. All along Doug and the crew were accomodating to the minor adjustments that we made and worked hard to make sure that the end result was what we wanted. We would definitely recommend them.

They first arrived for an estimate, explaining what our yard needed for lawn care and then gave us options ($$ and service) of what they can provide. This way we could get lawn care that we could afford. They have been top notch!! Very professional, courteous and respectful to our property. Our last lawn service broke our gate 3 times and didn't acknowledge the damage they did. Maintain Landscaping leave a "report" on our door of the service they provided every time they care for our yard We highly recommend this company. we are thoroughly satisfied!

They did exactly as I asked. Everything was done completly

They were very professional and did a great job. When we discovered that the sod farm delivered sod with weeds, Maintain Landscaping fought the sod farm and had them replace the sod. I would highly recommend them!

I have used Maintain many times and have been pleased with their service. If there is any work that does not meet your expectations, they are quick to respond and remedy the situation. I will continue to use their services in the future.

We have used Maintain to fertilize two of our properties, one for over 5 years. They have always been reliable and fair. As a result, we recently had them add some landscaping to our front and backyard. They show up when promised, are easy to deal with, and fairly priced.

They work really hard. They don't rip off their customers. I would give them all A's.
