Megan and her father were very patient in explaining all the steps, the process for securing a permit, rescheduling when permitting took 2 weeks to secure from Orange County, addressing our requests, coordinating subcontractor work for removing the old driveway and massive number of tree roots, along with framing and beautiful concrete floating. Everyone working on the project was patient, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing, all at an great price after comparing with 3 other contractor quotes.

Excellent work! Todd and his crew did a quality job preparing my site for a metal RV canopy with attached shed. I have used Angi's List in the past and have had good results, so on a Friday, when I submitted a request for site work on Angie, Todd called me withing 10 minutes and he was at my house the following Monday with a quote later that day. He was close to the lowest quote and got the job due to positive reviews, and because Megan in the office was able to get an answer to a question about the Orange County online permitting process that I was having trouble getting on my own. She was so helpful, and her company hadn't even gotten the job yet! Within a week, Todd had Tim come out with his track loader and started to prep for a 50' gravel driveway and pad area. Prior to his work, I had four medium sized oak trees removed that were in various stages of decline and a hazard to the house. Even though the stumps were ground down, Tim really worked at removing tree roots and was a master on his machine! Steve and Joe followed up to lay out the 12' x 30' concrete pad for my shed. They were careful to lay out the exact dimensions, even using a laser level to get the correct height for the pad. Tree roots were again a problem, but they overcame them, albeit with a lot of work. The next week concrete was poured, and they finished it in a way that only professionals could do. Tim came back and was able to lay and smooth gravel on the RV pad and path. I was glad to have Todd Brogan and his team to do the work for my project. He was available to answer questions, open to suggestions, and made several trips to my site. He and his staff and workers were true professionals that I would recommend!

Great work completed. Todd helped me fill out the permit paperwork and guide a home owner to complete the process. They were flexible on permit delays and on time with the work. Place looks great and the price couldn't be beat. Would hire again.

DISAPPOINTED. Brogan concrete is sloppy and will destroy your property. Todd Brogan is UNTRUSTWORTHY. In spite of all the 5 star reviews, Brogan Concrete is not a reliable company when it comes to preventing damage by their contractors. There was a tremendous amount of damage to my property (over $1000) due to his contractors (both Tim the demo guy and his team of concrete workers). There were problems from the start. The owner, Todd Brogan, is elusive and will not provide any technical drawings or description of the areas to be worked on. So it is not surprising that this didn't go as planned. The job was to replace the pavers on the back porch and walkway with concrete. I have a large porch and walkway that wraps around my property. To get to the porch, a pump had to be run from the street and over my existing paver driveway. His crew caused massive damage to my existing driveway. They dripped concrete all over the pavers, the demo guy brought a truck onto the driveway that leaked oil all over. They broke my screen porch doors. Left concrete and paint foot prints all over the pavers and new concrete slab. It was a complex job. One which he was clearly not able to handle. He really seemed in over his head. If the job is to pour a simple slab concrete and does not require any planning, you will be happy. But if there is any complexity to the job, expect to be disappointed. This is the damage I have to my property: - Permanent damage to the driveway pavers that are covered in oil and concrete (both overspill and boot footprints left by workers). - Two broken screen doors caused by his demo guy, Tim R. (who Todd personally recommended because he's worked with him for 20+ years). - A broken/damaged existing concrete slab caused by same demo guy, Tim R., when he forced his construction equipment over the existing slab and through my screen enclosure. - Red paint, that cannot be removed, on several of the poured concrete areas where scoring was done. Also same red paint boot print on pavers and concrete. - His team did fix the broken fences and the metal bar they cut out of my screen enclosure. But only because I kept asking. When I try to contact Todd, on the rare occasion he responds to me, he reassures me that the repairs will get done. But no one ever shows up and Todd never follows up. He will even tell you someone will be there on Friday and you wait all day waiting. No one shows up and Todd won't answer your phone calls. He's good at getting you off his back with his false reassurances. Job was started in early October 2021 and 8 weeks later there is still extensive damage to my property. Todd has not even been on the property since the concrete was poured. Once he gets your money, he is gone. Todd Brogan cannot be trusted to do the job, he is DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL. I've got lots of pictures to show his work, both the good and the bad. Total cost of job: $12,826 (plus several hundreds of dollars to fix the damages his crew did to the property that Todd Brogan refuses to repair).

I called Brogan Concrete 6 months ago along with 2 other companies. I went with the middle company and as always you get what you pay for! So after 6 months of dealing with stress, incompetency, unprofessionalism and scam artists, I am out $9000 and still no driveway. I reached back out to Brogan concrete and was contacted within 24 hours along with a visit from the owner Todd. He was extremely informative, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I agreed to use their services. He had his crew at my house within two days and knocked out my driveway including repairs that was done by the previous so-called contractor within 3 days. His crew showed up early in the morning left late at night, were very professional, cleaned up after every day, and explained the curing process that comes with the driveway. Todd called me more than once to check in during the process and put my mind at ease. I should have went with this company to begin with and saved myself a lot of money and headache I give Brogan concrete five stars and recommend them to all my friends. I now have the largest driveway on the street you can fit 12 cars, people are stopping and taking pictures thank you Todd and crew for your professionalism and an amazing driveway!

Scott, the owner did a fabulous job! He was friendly, punctual and very attentive to details. He even came back after the job to assist me in troubleshooting an issue with the garage door. Turned out that the outlet had tripped causing no power to the garage door opener. I highly recommend Scott’s company and will be using them again soon.

The entire job can easily be rated par excellent. Scott and his partner arrived promptly and went to work. They took special care not to disturb my flower plants and scrubs by covering them as they worked. i was very pleased with his work and would highly recommend his service.
